i don't know much abt the audiovisual BL and straight media, but at least in queer comics i can see more balance btw the couple in some works. the majority still relies on this kinda trope, but more recent comics are changing this. i hope that, w this GL, we can see more change in future works as well, regardless of the genre.

I like how Mon isn't just a fragile, weak girl who needs assurance. Most of the dramas make girl that way for the plot. I'm not saying it's bad when a girl is weak or anything. Just saying that I like Mon being a strong girl. love seeing Mon fighting for her place, isn't afraid to say what she thinks, & actually a good person. She's also good at taking care of others. We have 2 girl bosses as main protagonists & that's all I could ask for.

Eu tô TÃO feliz com as cenas clichês que colocaram na série, da aquele quentinho no coração, pq tá dando essa visão pro público que mulheres saficas tbm podem ter relacionamentos fofo e romântico, já que diversas obras GL/yuri sempre focam na tristeza e relacionamentos nada saudáveis, ou totalmente sexualizado pra um público predominantemente masculino. KS en el regazo de Mon fue gold edition, de verdad. Por un momento sentí que quería darle un beso. FreenBecky están haciendo un buen desempeño, y les ayuda lo cómodas que se sienten la una con la otra para que no se sienta como una actuación insípida. Es repugnante como no pudieron conseguir apoyo de patrocinadores, me pregunto como hay personas que se dejan llevar por la corriente tradicional, y disque se dicen respetar la diversidad. Pero la buena energía y el apoyo de los fans sabrá recompensar este hermoso proyecto. ☺

This GL is done so well, and so well balanced! It seems very realistic & chemistry between cast members are natural! Not awkward or cringey, they all come together cohesively. The main leads have individual characteristics that make them stand out (and have amazing chemistry when they're together), the friend groups are charismatic, funny & add so much to the plot instead of being background characters, Kirk isn't villianised extremely despite being the competition, the grandma was strict but I can totally see it happening in real life, etc. So many things that other drama series needs to learn from :) Great work!
