@@esmaakyol6541 Koreans love Lisa (perhaps even more than Rose) because 1) it's obvious she loves Korea too, 2) her Korean skills are very fluent, 3) and she never bad mouthed or showed disloyalty to Korea. Korea also generally likes Thai idols like Nickhun. Koreans do have a problem with Chinese idols, however, because 1) Chinese idols tend to backstab and leave before ending the contract, 2) China unfairly banned Korean culture.

Lisa has matured since the last comeback or maybe it is that she is more confident in herself. I think going to fashion shows alone and her dance videos have helped her with confidence. I'm excited to see bp in new interviews and variety shows on the next comeback. I think she will show more of herself.

You know how nasty kpop world can be and how racist Koreans can be towards other races, Lisa already became a victim. But I don't think she's wearing a certain mask, the Lisa we see is genuine, as described by her close friends in Thailand, she is the same Lisa before she became famous and successful. In fact, she's the silliest blackpink member and doesn't care about her image, she can even make fun of herself just to make her members laugh.
