I would expect the Ministry of Foreign affairs would have subtitles and captions for this video. If you are going to use Kpop artists with global appeal to try and reach out to foreigners, you should at a minimum caption or subtitle the video with foreign languages. To foster "Foreign Affairs" after all.
Isn't it the primary purpose of foreign relations to tackle factual and relevant issues, and assess what they can do to help each country? Seems you are the one who is dumb and don't know the purpose of these events. You know some issues can be resolved thru peaceful talk.
