I think a major reason for the success of Stay With Me was/is the personality of the lead actors. Xu is is off the wall (in a good way), and Jiong Min is much more reserved. This stream shows that their personalities in the series (though a bit toned down in the series) is identical to their actual real-life personalities. Plus, the flirting in the series continues in real life (which is fun to watch). Maybe the flirting will develop into something (maybe it has????). :)
Was it a success? Was hoping they will reach a billion streams, but nobody seems to know the level of success.. I'm glad the writer got to tell her story after the 1st drama got cancelled.. I have a feeling that drama would have been bigger than untamed..kudos to the whole team..
