I like how Tianqi’s clothes changed when he took back his weapon. It’s like a change of character. He’s no longer Jingyuan but Tianqi, the true god. Cool transition!
Tainqi ⚘🥰 Tainqi, simply wonderful! Although all are great. But in this ep 41, Tainqi actors Gu Jun and Shang Gu shined so brightly that they outshone the others!
I wonder whether you guys are following this movie... isnt it clear enough that master Bj did all he did to protect Shangu who on the other hand was over reckless and impatient, if god gu jun had only explained to her what master BJ told him would all this has happened...honestly I think u guys are just not fair towards master BJ.
When Gu Jun Kneel and recognized Houchi as Shanggu infront of everyone, my tears just start to fall. And when he extract his core to help Houchi the BGM got me tear up more. Gu Jun and Wu huan both are Shanggu's disciples but Gu Jun is so royal while Wu huan became evil hmmm...
Aww I started crying even more when she shouted my baby and bai jue heard her. He never knew she was pregnant. You can see the hurt in his eyes. He realize that what he did is horrible but he have no choice but to protect her this way since he knew tianqi and gu Jun will protect her.
Bai Jue didn't protect Houchi at all for what he did. It actually put her in danger more along with their baby. Houchi wanted Bai Jue only. She wanted his protection she wanted him to back her up. Because of his stupid decision Gu Jun also died.
@@rainyang224 I know right. What would he have cost him to explain his plan to her or tell gu Jun to. All he had to say was he hadn't forgotten her but he had something to do so he has to pretend that he hates her.
Gu Jun was given the responsibility to care for Shangguon, but he gave her more, he gave her a carefree life, a home, a family, and most importantly a Father. That last hug he gave was so heartbroken, its like hes so sad to leave her, he loved being her dad and now hes no longer her dad but hes returned back to being her disciple, giving back the life she needs to live. He so deserve to be her dad, hes ows her a small debt but he paid in more...😥, thank God Bai Jui didn't choose that puppet king to be her dad.
I love this episode. No matter how many times I watch it, it still gets me. Gu Jun, you are one of my favorite Xianxia characters. From disciple to father, you respected, love and protected Shanggu/Houchi. There are actually a lot of great supporting characters in this drama, Tian Qi, Feng Ran, Jing Jian, Hong Ri, Yue Mi…I’ve never liked so many characters that weren’t the main ones.
Greetings. I also love this storyline as well. It is beautiful and filled with so much confirmation and answer questions to the dreams and visions that I've had over the years up to now. The Chinese people are truly blessed to be entrusted with such hidden treasure bestowed into to them by the Royal Most High Heavenly Father and Royal Most High Heavenly Mother (Comforter/Ruach ha'kodesh/Feminine Holy Spirit). The writers of these storylines are being inspired by immortal Goddess and Gods or the writers are themselves "Immortals" disguised within the flesh of mortal Chinese writers and producers that give us so many visual confirmations of the truth concerning the Higher Vibration of ourselves.
I’ve rewatched this scene 100+ times and cried 100+ times. When Gu Jun bows down to Shangu, when he says a humble flood dragon like him doesn’t deserve her, when Shangu wakes up and said how there was no place for her in the three realms. Oh heartfelt and painful at the same time. Nevermind the plot holes- all the actors did an excellent job in making viewers feel the characters.
To all the haters - you’re missing out on one of the best wuxia dramas ever and yes it’s right up there w 10 miles and Ashes To Love, two of my all time favorites - I wish I could binge watch to the end … Dongyu and Xu Kai are perfection

@@drarrysfeelings different strokes for different folks. Maybe they found it boring. Plenty of people adored Ashes of Love, and I was just bored to tears until I dropped it at ep24. Even people who like xianxia are not all going to like the same dramas.

This is the episodes which made me cry the most... When she said "my baby!" and the regretful look of Bai jue! And then the sacrifice of Gu Jun.. Everything was so precious so pure and so real.. My tears are not stopping

I misjudged Tianci I really love how fearless he is and how he always protects houchi no matter what! They call him a demon but he has more heart than anyone else on the show! How dare that evil heavenly empress hurt houchi! How can her husband and everyone stand by that nasty and vile woman! She has always been a lowly Phoenix since day one! So sick of her character!
The whole cast do an amazing job. I love to hate Wu Huan. Sometimes the love story of secondary couples is not interesting but I show up for Jing Jian and Feng Ran. Gu Jun and Tianqi are such loyal characters. The lead actors break your heart
No other love in the world is like the love of Gu Jun has for his daughter Houchi. Gu jun....you are the love of my life...don't care if I'm the enemy of your wife hahahhaha. Hope at the end of this episode, Houchi will gets her last wave to him and goes to her last party of revenge hmmm. His truly amazing father! thanks for sharing your acting skills love....
Omgggg Gu Jun's scene will always make me cry and that ost at that part just doesn't help make it less emotional..goshh Gu Jun's love for Houchi and respect for Shanggu will always be remembered by me..so pure so devoted💙😭
When Bai Jie started crying after she told him it was over I yelled at the screen/what like isn't this what you wanted? It's hard for me to feel sorry for him at this point. He allowed her to get hurt because he wanted to maintain his cover but he did so at the expense of her life. It doesn't make sense that he would go through all this effort to give her the life that she wanted/to save her from sacrificing herself only to watch Wu Huan attempt to kill her. He really pissed be off/because of his lack of action Gu Jun had to sacrifice himself to save her. Bai Jie left a sour taste in my mouth during this episode. I was jumping for joy when she stabbed his ass...lol When she was telling him how he just stood there/did nothing while her core was cut he couldn't say anything because there was no justifiable reason that he could give. When he found out that he was going to be a father after she was injured/was cradling her stomach I still couldn't muster up the strength to feel sorry for him. This episode really damaged his character for me. He was already on shaky ground because of how he treated Houchi but I was still hopeful/optimistic because I knew he was doing all of this to save her life but when he did nothing when Wu Huan started to hurting her I was done. I despise characters that hurt the person they claim to love in order to protect them especially when they're cruel for the sake of breaking their hearts. He literally watched as she was being ridiculed/harmed by little miss princess/her mother and did absolutely nothing. His actions in that moment negated his potential sacrifice because she was critically injured. If Gu Jun didn't step in and save her then everything he did would've been a waste.
But think on the bright side. If his plan is ruin a lot more things and Shang gu would’ve been in more danger because he just woke up and he knew his power is not enough to fight Wu Huan.
@@chaoher2511the problem with his plan to save Shanggu is that he didn't account for every viable possible. He knew before he enacted his plan that something was off about Wu Huan's claims about Yuemi's death which is why he didn't kill Tiangu. He didn't account for Qingmu taking control/falling in love with Houchi. He didn't consider the fallout from suppressing Houchi's powers. He didn't account for the fact that when he regained control that he would too weak to fight off any possible risk. So in the end his actions did more damage because Wu Huan nearly killed Houchi by severing her immortal vein. Houchi told him that he did nothing while her vein was cut/if it wasn't for Gu Jun saving her life then all of his efforts would've been in vein. In the end his treatment of Houchi put her in even greater danger because everyone assumed they could harm her because she wasn't important to him. I admire the lengthens that he went to in order to save her life.
@@kateli1880 he was a jerk. However, he moved heaven and earth to save Shanggu's life. The execution of his plan was horrible and it created a lot of problems for him after Qingmu took control/he took a long winter's nap before he could enact his plan. I think he was a jackass and I wanted to kill him myself..lol especially for his treatment of his son. Yuanqi deserved so much more from his dad. The way he treated his son made Wu Huan/her daughter think they could bully him too. It's the same thing that happened with Houchi. There was a lot of holes in his plan but being an ice cube I wouldn't expected anything more from him.
I cried so much when Gu Jun said he will fight back for Houchi.. I remember the day he entered the heaven realm shanggu choose and trust him and until now hed never dissapoint his master thank u Gu Jun for helping shanggu😭😭😭😭😭

I’m so sick of that “emperor”. He’s just as bad as his wicked wife. He knows how evil she is but continues to make excuses and/or ignore her devious ways.
This is the episode I liked most. It had the Kung fu action between Bai Jue and Tiengi. It also had the other love affairs between the leads. Everything was combined so beautifully filmed in this episode and then the beautiful OST songs played in the background. It’s so well done. This is my first XianXia drama and I love it. It is the best drama of this year I’ve seen.
I rarely comment on any drama but this drama has compelled me to express my thoughts... The drama was damn emotional and good having good characters and story line with characters who sacrifice for there loved ones feeling lucky to have watched this.. The actor xu kai shows pain through his eyes when houchi said she never want to see him again... And houchi after struck him first smiled and then cried when realised she has struck her loved one however much hate she has for him... This was all very emotional..😢 And the part where houchi struck bai ju with sword and then smile it was so sad tremendous acting...
Shanggu did a great decision choosing Gu Jun as his disciple😊 and not Muguang! Gu Jun put all his heart in taking care of his master! A faithful disciple indeed!!

After Shanggu stabbed Bai Jue. You can see that Bai Jue wanted to say baby I'm sorry for hurting you and please forgive me. He knew that Shanggu was back.
I love houchi now that’s one way to wreck a marriage stab the groom in the chest! I don’t blame her after her father died it’s all bai jues fault and the demon heavenly empress. She should of got her too!
He actually was the one who put her in danger by not telling her the truth about her identity. He thought he was protecting her but all it did was made it easier for his mother to harm her. Their love was ill-fated because his entire family harmed her in one way or another. He was actually the purest one out of all of them.
Baijue handled this terribly. Love is a partnership. He should've told her his plan. His goal was to protect her so she can be happy but he brought about the exact opposite. Idiot.
in the original book, baijue kept his love for shanggu secret and did not know shanggu loved him back in their first life (it is a long story - shanggu discovered his love accidentally and enjoyed observing his “secret” crush for a couple of hundred years before the tribulation). They never shared their feelings for each other openly in their first life. This backstory makes what Baijue did in the 3rd life more logical, i.e. an absence of communication; beijue made his decision to keep his love secret forever.
I was very sceptical to watch this drama because the title was a little weird and shaggu wasn't one of my favorite actresses. But she completely won my heart with her heart-warming smiles. I would've totally regretted it had l missed out on this drama. I'm so hooked
I think this drama has possibly the best instrumental score and songs of all C dramas. The timing is perfect, the energy and momentum is perfect. So rare.

It’s oddly satisfying watching Bai Jue feel hurt physically and emotionally when Houchi stabbed him in the heart like yess girl 👏 hurt him where it hurts the most. The moment when he found out that she’s pregnant oooooh boy you f’d up big times. Papa Gu Junnnn 🥺😭😭😭
I don’t think he does feeling hurt when he realise that she’s pregnant. He just only standing there and do nothing. Btw he doesn’t love his son and he let other bully him.

And he loves his son (if you’ve seen the rest of the drama) he had to act like he doesn’t acknowledge him because if he pays attention to his son, he knows the princess and queen would use it against him.

this episode ,16 & 49 episode is soo much emotional ... Although Bai jue couldn't do anything in this episode bt in the end he will sacrifice himself....
