@@chloeliu3844 they keep the back track on to make it convenient for dancing choreo like that. But it get dimmed when the singers start to sing. It's an automated mix of both. When they sing using mic, it's what we hear mostly, when they don't the back track automatically match the singers last note and volume and that's what we listen. Literally every single group use it now as everyone has good choreo instead of old school mostly singing choreo. IT'S THE NORM.

😂 people commenting they aren’t singing live.. the playback in the background is to help assist or add so there aren’t any breaks in their vocals. So if they don’t sing or utter one word it’s not the end of the world. You can obviously hear they are singing live. I’ve been to 2 aespa concerts in Texas.. they can definitely sing live ❤

wish the backtrack lower than this, never tired of hearing Aespa's live stage. Winter stage presence getting improve better and better. Ningning facial expression always on point. Main Slayer! Giselle charisma and stage presence 2:15 cute here Karina main dancer stand out in every performance.

Being a MY since their debut this makes me sooooooo proud of the girls. Their Hyperline experience is really showing. You can really see how they have grown. Their confidence, aura, how they carry themselves and yes they have always sang live. This time its more evident. I love that they are more comfortable singing with handmics. can’t wait for Drama Comeback!

@@EpicKieranprobably cause they lip synced since debue. Mostly to just play it Safe, if this is cause the group wasnt/isnt confident in thier skill or the Company isnt confident in them, i dont know. Either way they hold Status quo for to long and now they are probably afraid to change it, cause of potential backlash. They also could be just not good enough for live voclas, i dont know.

I believe this is pre recorded live version backtrack. Don’t get me wrong. The girls sing live heavenly. I dunno who made this decision. But you can tell the vocals have been produced In a studio with a trained ear. They smoothed things out and pitch corrected here and there. When Aespa actually sings live, which again, they do very well, they sound different than this. Still good, but rawer and more soulful almost.
