Especially a guy who is super attractive, any friendliness will bring women all over them. They are comfortable to release and immerse into acting with another guy because it won't bring undesirable consequences.
I’m glad they ended up getting the part because I cannot see anybody else as the main leads beside these two. They both nailed their roles to the T. Also, grateful for the scriptwriter for staying true to the novel. My heart hurts for them that they don’t have much to work with since it’s a low production, but I’m so happy for them that their hard works paid off. Word of Honor deserves all the love and praises.
Agree! Zhang Zhehan is handsome! But I am in love with the other male lead - Simon/ Gong Jun. He’s eyes are full of emotions. Stunning & enchanting, innocent & cruel at the same time. Couldn’t believe he actually has 8 abs in real life. 😂😂 And he’s about to release some abs pictures as the gift for 10 million followers😂😂
OK now that I know who were the previous cast are. I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much as iam enjoying it right now. Not trying to be rude but ,you know . 😅😅😅
@@123-yoyo3 A lot of people including myself agree with you. One of the biggest reasons that make this drama such a hit because of these two actors amazing chemistry and acting. With the original actors, they might not give us the same effect as Simon and Zhang Zhehan did. So I’m glad that these two ended up getting the roles.
I can’t believe these two weren’t the first choice for the lead roles! They are BEYOND perfect! Their chemistry is off the charts. I can’t imagine anyone else!
aku nonton drama dulu baru baca novelnya, dan sudah 3 kali nonton ulang.., terkadang sebuah drama pemeran utama bagus, peran pendukung lainnya kurang bagus, tpi heran WOH semua peran bagus dan sangat natural..
Zhang Zhe Han as Zhou ZiShu and Gong Jun as Wen KeXing are a billion percent hit in the role and in our hearts. Every gesture, every look, every word is unique and makes you literally tremble. Each individual episode is very beautiful and rich in emotions and special energy of both the main and secondary characters. "Word of Honor" is really the best BL Drama ♥

Luckily they changed actors ...Zhang Zhe Han and Gong Jun are a good match. Zhang Zhe Han played Zhou Zhe Shu very well. Gong Jun played Wen Ke Xing is right choice. Very suitable. Well done . The best BL Chinese Drama 2021 all time and worth to rewatch again
Zhang Zhe Han&Gong Jun are 100% perfect their chemistry is match & elegant ,well I was thankful that both of them are together,,,I can say that if it's not for zhang zhe han i won't watch this drama because I am ZZH FANS EVEN BEFORE,,I was addicted for this drama ,I watch it again and again , I love you zhang zhe han and simon gong😘😘😘
it is indeed the best chinese bl drama no 18+ scene but pure love ..drama focus on each one struggle in their life no unnecessary scene so much laughter tears smile anger everything was given by this drama the actors acted well i just all the members of WOH .. wish this drama gets no.1 in upcoming china film awards
So happy Zhang ZheHan and GongJun ended up being the main actors! They portrayed ZhouZiShu and WenKeXing absolutely beautifully!!! Their chemistry is something else! On screen and in person too!
So far I like this drama. I was scrolling on RU-vid one night and saw the picture thumb nail and it interested me because it was wuxia theme. I was hooked on it and stayed up and watched all 4 episodes. I just love the martial arts and the fight scenes. Later I noticed that Wen seem to have such strong character like flirting bromance. Only I found out that it’s base on BL novel.
There could be no better actor for our complex and conflicted Scorpion King. He is underrated. Aside from our mains, he was my favorite in the series. I didn't even mind how he is so different from the novel.
it goes to show that even with limited options, you can still make something great n amazing even on low budget. The actors were all perfect, n i cant believe the original air had errors in it but they really put effort in fixing them! thats true care for the work/respect it shows that they cared for the film production, and not just about the money like some series/movies are just or the $/fame but world of honor has alot of love n effort put into it the love from the actors n details put into the series blow me away
This is the 2nd BL drama that I fallen in love deeply after CQL (The Untamed). XZ-WYB & ZZH-GJ danmei cps who pouring our eyes with their beautiful appearances. I dont think this is low budget drama because costumes and post production quite good, martial art and portraying "eye candy/hen mei" were perfect. I think drop release this drama with no promotion and antisipating beforehand was a big surprise I love it, ZZH & GJ deserve to be best new cp 2021

Started watching when I saw it was a Wuxia drama... couple of points..... the water fight scene with CGI is really not very good, like you indicated- I noticed right away that while ( under water) their hair was dry. No big deal. Secondly- you say it's the "best BL series of all time".... Pretty bold statement, considering the millions of Untamed fans.
The translation for that part is a bit overboard. It is more towards "It will surely be the classic of all BL series in China", which is very true. "Words of honour" is now considered the classic danmei adaptation that all future danmei LA should follow. This is due to how truthful and loyal they are to the original novel, and this is also where the Untamed loses out on. There's a thing going on in the Chinese danmei fandom now about how "Words of Honour" is a legit "dan mei" (because they follow the original plot), and the others live adaptations are considered as "dan gai" (a BL film that did not follow the original novel plot and changes major plots -much to the dislike of the novel fans-)
I think eventhough Word of Honor is bl but its not showing 2 much. Yes, i can see the care of 2 main characters for each other, but not 2 much like thailands bl😅 movies..i mean no lip kissing or sex intercourse between boys hehe..well, i am still in ep 17..dont know if there is such ' much things ' in latter episodes. However, right now, im still enjoying the brotherhood.😉
