저는 지방에서 영어를 가르치는데 학생때문에 아일랜드때부터 보기는 했는데 잠깐 관심에서 멀어졌다가 그들의 성장을 보면서 제가 가르치는 방식까지 바뀌었어요..대중성을 알리기 위해 방송을 하기보다는 노래와 춤을 중점으로 연습 시키고 그들에게 즐겁게 음악 계속할수 있도록 콘서트를 통해 그들의 가진 세계관을 넓히고 음악이 많은 사람들에게 즐거움을 주는 일이구나 느끼게 해주고 그 모든게 멤버들이 주변 사람들에게 잘하고 가르치는 대로 잘 따라주니까 가능했던 거 같아요. 진짜 착하다는게 많이 느껴지고 계속해서 초심 잃지 않겠다고 하는 리더와 서로 서로 사이좋게 지내는 멤버들 좋은 인성을 가진 사람들은 서로 좋은 시너지를 갖고 성장하는데 제일 중요하다고...방시혁을 비롯한 기획사가 얼마나 많이 아끼는지 느끼게 되는 점이 내성적인 멤버들이 제 실력을 보여줄때까지 기다려주고 감동적인게 몇몇 멤버들이 기회를 더 많이 가지는데 사이가 여전히 좋아서 그들의 인성이 얼마나 좋을까 늘 궁금했고 또 저런 인성을 가져야 주변에서 아껴주고 더 많은 것을 배울수 있는데 그들이 보여주는 모습으로는 그런거 같다고 느꼈는데 실제 모습은 어떨까 늘 궁금했는데..작가님의 이 영상으로 평소의 인성들이 좋았구나 또 주변 사람들에게 참 잘할거 같아서 앞으로도 잘할거 같아요...더 많은 사람들에게 그들의 좋은 인성과 음악에 대한 열정과 진심들이 알려지길 바랍니다^^

It should be "by I-land writer." Looks like she's using some kind of online Korean to English translator, instead of having a person manually translating so that's why the translations/subs are all off. Things like google translate, youtube auto-translate, etc.. don't work well for Korean to English conversion.
jungwon is hard to interview.. it's not surprising. The trainees were probably scared to get through those interviews, because anything and everything they say can be used against them. Like cutting the scene and talk, and editing it somewhere else.
