She's probably referring to "General/Standard/Mainstream American English" (replace "American" with "North American" if you include Canadian speakers), which is really a continuum of similar-sounding accents. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_American_English Compare to British English having Received Pronunciation as its "standard" accent.

Alright… as an Australian, I understand how when Bae says “No” you hear “Nau”… but I can’t hear the R in there… where the hell does the “r” come from to make in “naur”?

So I can speak for myself here But there’s a very subtle R sound at the very end It’s very minuscule, it’s very easy to miss and I think for most it won’t be there so I wouldn’t be against removing the R from the subtitle but I can hear it ever so slightly

To my ears it sounds more like her ''No'' is pronounced like ''Nough'' (like she's saying ''Though'' with an N).

I think it's understandable (no pun intended xD) It's similar to Korone's accent. Some hololive member have an accent, but some viewers don't hear it because they don't speak japanese or noone bring it to their attention. That could also be for japanese people who doesn't hear the difference between american & australian accent.

Japan also has a lot of different dialects with their own ways of saying things, like Kansai and Osaka. (Which is usually represented by an American southern accent in dubs)

even as an Asian who doesn't speak english,it doesn't mean we're stupid. it's not that hard to see if Australian have different accent compared with other countries who are"native"in english. only peoples who rarely get in touch with"Western"culture like Hollywood movies or songs who can not differentiate those accent

No, Filipinos adopt mostly the American English mannerisms and add more emphasized plosives to get it towards Philippine English. And I assume the other SEA countries that had a colonial history with the Commonwealth probably have a generalized Commonwealth-based accent.
