haha true. nasa paris ako yearly amoy banyo ang mga subway nila . sa sobrang dami ng turista siguro kaya madumi. So far sa mga napuntahan ko Netherlands ang pinaka malinis sa kanila di nawawalan ng nag cocollect ng basura .

I was in France Oct.2019. And no problem if we speak English to taxi driver ,restaurants, ticket counters. Obviously if you are a tourist its understood. Though French really love their language...sorry na lang sila...English is global language anyway. Enjoy Paris. Try the trip sa top of Eiffel Tower. Its an experience.
