TLDR : If you have enfer you can skip her. Good even at shackle 0. Only requires ECB 1. Max 2nd skill.

Skippable but both are good! You can even use them together. Cabernet beats Enfer if the boss can't be feared, and Cabernet can buff your whole team rather than one person

Very objective review of character. She is still super strong, but not everything about her is amazing (P1 and P2 kinda trash) people might think she isn't all that great. I have Enfer but will still pull her. Two catalysts that can greatly buff attack, what's not to like.
