oh i didn't know that in japan they have to go to driving school again if you haven't renewed your license. in my place, we will only be fined if we renew it later than it should be. and now that reminds me that i haven't even renewed my license for months. gotta thank enojun for reminding me. and you for uploading the subs. thank you!!
Malaysia pon kena amik test balik kalau lebih berapa tahun ntah. Aku pon tak berapa ingat. Kalau tak renew dlm tempoh 3 tahun, kena amik test jpj semula
That's why there are so many traffic accidents in your country. In proper countries, your license will expire if you don't renew it. license renewal is to update the photo and confirm whether or not you have driving aptitude. If it is not renew, some people will continue to drive dangerously even if they are no longer fit to drive.
Yeah, it definitely depends on where you’re from. But to put things in perspective, it isn’t so difficult that your average 15/16 year old wouldn’t be able to pass (in the US, at least). It’s a straight forward two part process, where there is a written portion that grants you a learning permit (you can legally drive, but with restrictions), and then a practical exam in order to get a license. Most kids in my high school were able to get it pretty easily, and my state has a considerably more difficult exam than others (in the US). Sometimes they make the exam extra easy depending on the demand that exists, aka there are a lot of places in the US where driving is the primary mode of transportation and it’s imperative that high schoolers have access to cars in order to get to school/work. In places like those, they make it easier to pass.
I agree with others that it partially depends on where you live. Mine had a five-year limit to complete your full license, where you write a knowledge test and then you do the local road test and highway test. You would need to redo the entire process if you don't pass within the five years and you don't renew it (like redoing the local test if you failed or did not do the highway test). It also depends on your driving instructor and the test examiner. I know people who took the written test more than once. It's more common to hear about people who redo the local road test and especially the highway test. Sometimes, unpredictable things happen on the road so that's why people fail. I think anxiety happens to folks when they're stressed about completing the license within five years, and it's more stressful if they failed before. 😬
it depends on where you're from..in some places, theyre lax about it...some places can be very strict and the tests are different depending on where you are
