@@evelynji3279 The Republic of China (ROC, Taiwan's "official" name) is not the People's Republic of China (PRC). They are different countries. China (PRC) has a claim on ROC (Taiwan) and refuses to recognise them as a sovereign country. According to PRC, technically both countries are China, which is the PRC's entire problem with it (One-China Policy), but also something they insist (they refuse to let Taiwan rescind their own claim on PRC). But Taiwan is not part of China. Taiwanese people are not from China. Tzuyu is not Chinese, she's Taiwanese, because she is from Taiwan. Taiwan even has a completely different political system and economy from China.
Just how many times Tzuyu got many hates because she claimed that she is from Taiwan and she is Taiwanese, and even raising a flag of Taiwan. ? I loved how brave she is!

I love that Tzuyu knew from day 1 that she was beautiful, I don't like that they went the sexual angle on her while she was 15. Maybe they thought ppl wouldn't notice bc she's so tall but it's still creepy AF. She still slayed and as she's gotten older has killed the nature concepts like this (:

Uijung Park Actually, Taiwanese is just one of the dialects of Chinese, and technically has nothing to do with Mandarin (besides the fact that they're both "Chinese") :D
+Emi Xiao what the fuck? There's no such thing as Taiwanese dialect. Taiwanese is not a language or ethnicity. Most Taiwanese Speaks Mandarin, with some minority speaks Hokkien dialect (which is also a Chinese dialect) .
her mando confused me, it makes me feel like either i dont know my grammar or she wasnt scripted and flustered her words..."lian xi nu li de chen guo" isn;t the proper grammar "nu li lian xi de chen guo" i grew up abt, mando was first..i jsut wanna know
It confuses me too as another mando speaker. She probably was nervous and she doesn’t seem to be naturally good at grammar or speaking so that makes it worse.
