こういう分析の動画あげるの初めてなので、なんか間違っているかもしれません。あとこの比較では納刀時のゲージ回復にかかる時間など色々考慮していないこともあるので、参考程度にお願いします。 It's the first time I did an analysis video like this, and there might be some mistakes. Also, as I mentioned in the description, this comparison does not take some things into account(e.g. Gauge regeneration while unsheathed, length of time you need to fill the gauge while sheathed, etc.). So don't take the result too serious.
You did great, this clears out my curiousity about frostcraft and fatalis set for SNS. But does the old Safi frostcraft can match the fatalis? Back then, when its still 3 velkhana + 2 raging brachy, if i remember correctly we have access to agitator 7 but not with attack boost 7, considering fatalis 2 piece (the chest and waist piece to be exact) give you more points in wex and crit eye, now it can utilize attack boost 7. I mean the weapon raw itself are far off though i think it can keep up with the extra attack boost 7. I dont know though, never tried to calculate it. Great vid anyway! Cheers!
@@judaulul I've been trying these 2 sets for a while now. FC fatalis is much stronger than FC safi, last hit on PR can go up tp 625-650 as compare to 525+_ HOWEVER from my experience it all comes down to can you always hit the weak spots, with safi FC you get 70% for hitting none tenderized spots but only 55% for Fatalis. As you know the strongest skill in this game is critical up, making our critical strike much stronger than regular ones. my friend had a damage calculation mod, when Im on fatalis FC, im very inconsistent, I can feel the 85% (thats 85 with wex). Even with Safi FC, I almost only lose to maxed out (full safi set n resentment) DB, bow, n near perfect LS (this guy foresight n iai spirit everything). Of course, if you can Walts around the monster's head like zen all the time, none of what I said matters. 85% is plenty, at most 1 hit on your PF won't crit. n u see BIG numbers.
Dude this video is really good! very informative yet really concise. You got the information across in a clear way. I'd love to see more like this. Oh and your voice is really nice!
By the way, it is possible to kill before escaton, see Hank who did it with old frostcraft set! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zIKw46qmcOM.html
Probably negligible using Fatalis SnS, but FS also comes with Crit Element! I'd imagine it to be really strong if you use an ice weapon (with the free 6 levels of Ice Attack).
Of course there is some consideration to be done regarding the length of time you spend sheathed, as frostcraft doesn't fill back up instantly. If you do 41 hits with your weapon unsheathed, and then sheathe only long enough to get back to level 2, then you wont be getting the same EFR with your next 41 hits.
I think for the scope of that table, it only considers the EFR for the time you have your weapon unsheathed and starting with your FC gauge at full. With 41 hits, it's safe to say that you could probably unsheathe into a PR, and then later slinger burst into another PR a moment later without sheathing, and still have a higher EFR. I think what needs to be really taken into consideration isn't FC itself but the conditional skills that the EFR value is based on. You probably can't have Coalescence activated all the time or at all against some monsters for example. You also have to give up Maximum Might. Another thing to consider is that you don't have True Razor Sharp and you might hit white sharpness sooner.
Hi Zen, very nice video thank you. I would like your opinion about elemental Frostcraft SnS, now we have the Velkhana gamma armor. The taroth slicer "fire" for example can reach 1050 (1100) fire element now (without coalescence level 3). That is insane.
In terms of sheer damage you're still better off running the Fatalis SnS. If you want to also consistently get the elemental topple you're best off with Fatalis waist and Velkhana Y everywhere else. Use the Frostfang SnS for this setup and either run Protective Polish or Handicraft for sharpness management. Full Safi and Kjarr Stream doesn't come anywhere close to that setup, lacking in both efR and efE. And that's when running no health augment and full resentment. Even when the Frostcraft build doesn't have Coalescence active (which is really easy against Alatreon) it's just straight up stronger. Edit: This is for fire active Alatreon, of course.
Would it be better to run 3 piece velkhana gamma with a Safi SnS that has 1 velkhana essence? Or is 4pc Velk with fatalis much better? If 4pc Velk is better I gotta get farming again ;-;
Fatalis has more raw than the safi sns, more than you can gain through swapping pieces. Fatalis also has purple sharpness, which you would have to drop damage awakens on safi to get
Yup fatalis weapon is better. Its raw is too strong and we can fully cap put damage skills even with 4pc Velk, so swapping 1 pieces won't affect that much.
