▶【Synopsis】Set during the Ming Dynasty, the story revolves around the romance between General Xu Lingyi and the concubine's daughter Shiyiniang that starts from an arranged marriage. Despite being born with a low status, Luo Shiyiniang is extremely assertive and believes that a woman's vision should not be limited to the household. She hopes to rely on her embroidery skills as a ticket to freedom. However, the once esteemed Luo family is in a state of decline. Hoping to save the clan through a marriage alliance, Shiyiniang is selected to become the wife of Yongping Duke and great general Xu Lingyi. Things were not easy for Shiyiniang due to the Xu family's biases towards her. Nonetheless, she manages to win over their trust through her optimism and sincerity. Xu Lingyi also becomes attracted to Shiyiniang's various beautiful qualities such that husband and wife manage to find love after marriage.

I do believe that the evil party here is Lianfang (I want to slap her, so bad) but Shiyi kind of brought this one on herself. She really rushed into this sister side-quest and now everything is falling apart. She should have uncovered her mother's murder first. One case at a time, detective Shiyi, one case at a time!

In my opinion, I liked that she went for Concubine Qiao. She already knew she was her sister's killer. Why not go for her and knock her down now than to let her be a hindrance later. Plus she doesn't really have any leads for her mother's death except that fabric so it's hard for her to really go after her mother's killer. But that's just my 2 cents 😊

What's really bothering me is that Lingyi forgot he allowed Shiyi to teach the refugees at the Xianling Pavillion and also withheld this information from the Great Madam. He also knows that Shiyi was not pregnant and was only on her period and hid that fact from the Great Madam as well. It would have been better if he said he knew these things and the fault also lied with him too; or maybe he never really trusted Shiyi or believed in her personality and character. I know he is out a lot of the household and attending to business in court so he doesn't know much about what really happens in the Xu family household. But he has to get better about knowing and being aware of the relationships between the family members and his main wife and concubines. This is totally driving me crazy. Edit: Props to the actor playing Lingyi, I got drawn in to his acting skills. Now I know the truth in the next episode.

Poor man can't trust anyone! Even his aide-de-camp and his manservant lie to him! He's surrounded by subterfuge and scheming wherever he goes. It must be very wearing to wonder what everybody is up to, lol! If he didn't have affection for Shiyi, he might not be so willing to hear her out. Most husbands would've been extremely angry and more likely to toss their wives out who seemingly got pregnant without their help.

Watch the story of Minglan. This story is full of greater Liangfans. Sometimes watching chinese drama I feel embarresed to be a woman. Btw this drama is really the best ever for me. Great actors, good storyline, great costumes etc etc. Applause to every single person who worked on this drama!

It turned out more of the UGLINESS OF SCHEMING LIANFANG. This is now my leadt favourite episode because of the suppression againts Shiyi. I don’t know if that is the right word.Perhaps because of the impulsiveness of actions that it went spiral. Great Madam didn’t see the goodness that Shiyi had done to the family and Lianfang is REALLY THE STAR IN HER EYES. MARQUIS LINGYI NEED IT INVESTIGATED

40：18左右01回头骑马笑的一刻太帅气了。11娘的人设很喜欢，价值观很符合现代人，谭演出了11这个人的各种情绪，很到位。我没看过原著，但很喜欢这剧，很有现代意义，在封建社会能出现这么少数的几个人格独立的女性很不容易。这部剧目前为止个人真的很喜欢。

GIRL, this is why you should've just talked to your husband. Lingyi ALREADY KNEW about her teaching embroidery, and he ALREADY KNEW she was lying about her pregnancy. The only new info is that she accused Qiao of murdering Yunniang. IF SHE WOULD HAVE CONFIDED IN HIM, he couldve helped her plan it. He was already willing to help her cover up the other two "issues". Now he's blindsided by this mess. Thats why he was mad at her. If he was included in her plans, he would have at least had more time to think of a counter. Now his hands are tied. This mess already blew up, and it's gonna be hard for him to help her out after the fact.

I have seen lianfang negative shade acting in another drama. She acts so well that u want to slap and kill her for her being so cruel. I really can’t believe no one believes shiyi not even a bit even after she has done so many good deeds in family. And marquis mom who already knows lianfang has different shade in character she doesn’t even doubt her a sec. No one in the family tries to even support shiyi. This is so ridiculous family. This is not a family at all. Looks like shiyi is going to have extremely bad time in this family before even she starts her love journey. Shiyi never opens up to marquis at all. How can a woman always handle every thing singlehandedly when the problems are not always at her comfort level? Sometimes shiyi behaves like she lives with marquis only to find her mothers killer and nothing else matters. The whole marquis family has a history of problems , a new bride can’t do everything as per her plan and execute alone. She surely needs help atleast from her husband. The actors have fun while acting the most serious scene, here we get immersed so much in drama that we get BP, anger, frustration, impatience etc.

谭松韵锦衣之下我觉得演技不错的，但是宅斗剧的话这个戏感觉谭松韵的演技不如赵丽颖啊，虽然哭戏还是挺自然的，但是说台词自始至终一个腔调，不像日常生活中说话的样子，更像是教书先生在说教，听了这么多集了，语气语音语调一点变化没有
