นักศึกษาหนุ่มไฟแรง ไรอัน (กัน อรรถพันธ์) ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ และได้เจอกับพี่เจน (ออฟ จุมพล) ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับที่กลับทำให้คนไฟแรงอย่างไรอันหมดไฟได้ ซึ่งความทุกข์ในการฝึกงานของไรอันถูกระบายให้กับเพื่อนๆ นักศึกษาฝึกงานของปีนี้ที่มี บะหมี่ (พิพลอย กัญญรัตน์) ฝ่าย AE และเต้ (ซี ทวินันท์) ฝ่ายตัดต่อ คู่รักที่เลือกมาฝึกงานที่นี่เพราะอยากอยู่ด้วยกัน ป๋า (ปูน มิตรภักดี) ฝ่ายอาร์ต และ พาย (วิว เบญญาภา) ฝ่ายโปรดักชั่น แต่แล้วเมื่อไรอันได้ลองฝึกงานไปเรื่อยๆ กลับพบว่าพี่เจนก็เป็นคนใจดีกว่าที่คนอื่นคิดจนในบางครั้งไรอันเองก็เผลอใจเต้นไปด้วย และเกิดเป้าหมายคือจะต้องชนะใจพี่เจนให้ได้ ! ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้จะเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทำงาน หรือประสบการณ์หัวใจ ติดตามได้ใน “The Trainee ฝึกงานเทอมนี้ รักพี่ได้มั้ย”

And yet he is a good person, and when it comes to practical rather than creative things, he's johnny-on-the-spot. I think Jane is going to figure out that Ryan is not the one who screws things up at Good Pick, even if he can't tie his shoelaces, loses his own money to a scam artist, and walks around with the wrong phone. Kind of already has. Jane keeps reminding Ryan of the little things he does right. He got the printer fixed and immediately noticed that the repairman would be the perfect extra. Ba-Mhee and Tae broke the hard disk. Ryan didn't. Pah cooked up the ridiculous scheme to deceive the bosses and hide the mistake and then disappeared when needed by his department. Ryan didn't. Pie did a good job in Unit B, but then messed things up on the main set. Ryan didn't. Of course, Jane can also be brutal in his honesty, and really shouldn't be. When you've got a student who already doesn't believe in himself, you don't humiliate him further. Ryan has already felt useless. When you tell him to sit around and waste time doing nothing, you're reinforcing that idea in his mind and turning it into a self-fulfilling prophecy. By now, Jane knows what kind of kid Ryan is, and should know that putting him down is not going to make him get his hackles up. It's just going to depress him. Since thinking about his own life isn't working, Jane could tell him to just go crazy and work on an idea that he would never ever think of doing in real life, for example. But he doesn't. I imagine that Ryan is confused at the end of this segment about Jane, blowing hot and cold. All Ryan has to do is believe in himself and learn, but retain his humility. It seems that is pretty much what Jane has already done.

Oh, the one-liners in every segment are hilarious. "Does my face give you ideas?" OMG, is Judy a smooth operator, or what? She could sell copies of the Mona Lisa to the Louvre. Now, is Tae going to find those videos of the handsome hockey player on Ba-Mhee's phone? Well, again to stretch this out, I won't be watching the next ten minutes until tomorrow. But there's no more "We Are"! I could go back to the beginning of "Cooking Crush," I suppose, and watch OffGun there again. Or "Fish Upon the Sky," which was fun too. I need something to laugh at every day during this oppressive heat wave we're experiencing.

I love how caring and supportive the mentors are!!! Such a wonderful example of how to treat interns in the work place 🥹 and bonus- this show is wonderfully fun and is teaching us all about this industry!!! 😍 I love that I started this show for Judy and am truly invested in every character 🥹😍🤩🥰
