Yup, the vast majority of Asians are lactose intolerant. When I was a kid and visited family in Japan, lactose-free milk was pretty common. They probably gave him lactose-free milk.
Yup, I think there was a part there where Tattsun was reading the components and nutrients of the iwatobi milk that's why he made Ucchi the taste tester that time bec it's lactose-free iirc 🤔 (plus to tease him)
Ucchi really doesn't like milk, but he does love ice cream. i rmbr him drinking milk for Club Rainbow (with Eguchi Takuya) and yeah... he really doesn't like milk.

It was only on the script because Ikuya doesn't like milk. But the senpai's really wants to tease Ucchi and show everyone his cute side. Though idk if Ucchi really dislikes milk or what, but I think it was neutral? 😂

Maybe it's Ikuya, his character. In the movie, he doesn't like milk, but Ikuya forced himself to drink milk because he's mimicing other character he adores.
