Their fellow seiyuus are both colleagues and enemies in the same industry. Because if you fail the audition one of them would be the one that passed. Not to mention female seiyuus that are capable of voicing male characters, taking away spots that are getting fewer and fewer for male seiyuus with the current mainly harem type animes on the market. Tho that also make the remaining people turn to animals and inanimate object VA which isnt that bad, or they go down the ladder to do VN or Eroge until they get an anime again. One can understand why Matsuoka really appreciates getting roles in a male dominated anime a lot more when you consider his usual roles is in female dominated anime

Yep... I worked as an assistant for a wedding coordinator 3 years ago, and it's not fun at all... Most people just think about their wedding needs to be perfect and doesn't even care about the staff's... Most of them are tyrannical/slave drivers who doesn't even listen to their coordinator but loves to demand nigh impossible things on their whims lol... The pay is good tho ngl... At least in my experience...
