I feel that the show's writer is giving a good depiction on the pressures of working life and the division between management and working class. Public shaming in the workplace can turn all of the employees against management - even if the shamed employee "deserves it." However, she should not have run away from the conversation. But that will work out in the end, I'm sure.
It’s not even about the pressures of the workplace. She sees how are colleagues are being rude to him their boss but she is still standing with them and asking him to bend to them as if the employees’ behaviors are acceptable

The comments are full of fans mad at perfectly reasonable plot points because they're so offended on behalf of the pretty man and think everyone else, especially the female lead, is unreasonable and hateful to him. But somehow some people think everyone else is the villain and he's the only one who's the poor little victim. Just Ep7 and the FL is showing she doesn't have understanding on the stand point of the ML being the 'boss' or 'leader' in the company. Mans she is too immature and thinks that the ML is inconsiderate. She needed DEEP explanation why the ML did it that way. That's actually a no no, even if you are the wife. Aside from she is an entry level position, she is not even a regular employee. Probably the delivery of the ML is too strong but she felt that because she is not in his position.
