@@CrnaStrela i understand you mean well, but it definitely does have to do with him being Japanese. there's a prevalent problem with 'chikan' - or groping women - especially high-school girls - on trains in Japan. also, a lot of women just don't even bother to report the stuff that happens to them. there's an overwhelming feeling of shame that a lot of the victims feel - especially when the ones that do report it aren't taken seriously. i'm talking about women, but imagine how hard something like this could be for a *man* in Japanese culture. therefore, it's very likely that one of the reasons why he's coping by laughing/joking about the situation and acting "over it" is because of the culture in Japan. of course, we don't know 100% how he feels, but it's definitely wrong to say that it has "nothing to do with being Japanese."

Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not that fluence in english and japanese. So from what i've heard, Touya's coming to Australia (at winter break) to visit his friend. At that time, there was a fireworks event and he really wanted to go. But his friends had something to do so he decided to go alone. When he arrived, many people are already there waiting for the fireworks. The event was divided into two times, at 9 and 12. He saw the first fireworks and it were great, so he thought to see it again at 12, but he didn't know what to do while waiting. When he's taking a walk, there was australia man who approached him, asking him to take a photo. After taking the photo, they got acquainted. The name is James, 28 years old. He said he was also waiting for the fireworks to start, so they waited for it together. Touya said he was a good person, but when they talked, James always touching his hand. At that time Touya didn't pay much attention because in his mind he's so happy he finally got a friend from Australia. Then the fireworks started and he went to watch it with James. There are too crowded. In the middle of the fireworks, James suddenly stands right behind Touya. He's confused, but he remained focused on the fireworks. He's talking about this topic again at the back of the stream, After he goes back to japan, he said that james trying to contact him again, saying "Hey, this is James from the other day. Do you remember?" And Kenmochi said that of course he remember, "Do you know how much it's effecting me? I'm so scared when i got home."
