I lost like 1cm in my upper thighs so far, and I am currently at 11 days (with one active rest day, two other workouts and a healty diet). I don't know if that's good, but it's quite hard for me to loose weight, especially in my thighs, so I am grateful. What about you?

@@irushtheworld2639 ahh it's so hard for me to lose fat from my thighs too I was on a diet for so long but now I'm back to my normal eating and i gained weight now im trying to be only healthy with other workouts (cardio ab workout etc.) and no junkfood (sorry if i have grammar mistakes im not a native speaker lol)

@@saaishakotian3207 Yeah, I've been doing this for more than 2 weeks already and I already see the changes! I've also been taking 4-5 hour walks in town, drinking water 20 minutes before eating breakfast/lunch/dinner also helps a LOT!! And here's another tip, after you finish eating you should wait for 2 hours and then drink water, after 15-20 minutes you can eat whatever you want. It's for the best to eat fruits on lunch. (but that's your choice) Anyway... I hope this will be helpful!

girls, please remember that the presence of a thigh gap is largely determined by the width of your pelvic bone! if your pelvis is narrow, there will not be enough space for a thigh gap unless you are unhealthily skinny, and even sometimes in that case you still will not have it, because your leg bones are too close together. and on the other hand, someone with a wide pelvic bone will have a thigh gap even at a higher weight, because they have extra room in between their legs as a result of the leg bones being set farther apart. so, an exercise like this will only accentuate whatever your body is capable of naturally. the girl in this video has a slightly narrow pelvic bone, which is why at even a slightly higher weight she didn’t have it, but she also has slight fat set legs, so she was able to accentuate what she has from the exercises. so even if you have a narrower pelvic bone you can still have it, but it’ll take more work and also be much more difficult to maintain. i myself have a slightly wide pelvic bone and am at a 23 bmi, and have a bit of a gap even though i’m at a slightly high weight for my frame. i can’t control that, it’s just how my body is. so if you can’t get results, it’s not the fault of the exercises or you, it’s just not in your genetic cards. and that’s completely ok! because all body types are beautiful 💗 remember that what matters most is health! so, don’t worry about what you can’t change 💗

@@narkony sometimes weak muscles look like fat so if you have slim legs but they look flabby that's not fat and you don't need a calorie deficit. Learned this the hard way after not eating correctly for months and ending up with a bit of fat loss but no toning so I still didn't look good Like people said I look thinner and it's noticeable but my body isn't toned

I decided to comment after I got my results rather than before to save you guys the suspense but here's my honest review I did this workout 5 times a week for almost a month and went from 49cm to 41cm (-8cm!!!) it's definitely hard at first but once you get in the groove it becomes a lot easier, I was in a 1300 calorie deficit while doing this and wasn't really doing any other exercise except for color guard practice which isn't really hard on my thighs. But don't give up!!! Future you will thank you now!

I've been doing this workout for every day for around a year now, and the results are insane! I have theigh gap for the first time in my life. Dont feel discouraged and give up! It's all worth it in the end ♡

i’ve came back to april because i’ve seen her other thigh workout and it really helped me slim down my inner thighs. before: (R): 49 cm (L): 49 cm day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅ day 5: ✅ day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ results: (R): 44 cm (L): 45 cm forgot to update the results but i have successfully finished this 7 day workout challenge. i did not go on a diet and just ate my regular amount. i also recommend doing this workout even after the results so you dont lose it. ✨good luck to everyone ✨

@@sophiasilva7778 if you have fairly thin thighs, 7 days should be enough. If you have thicker thighs, you should maybe try it for 2 weeks or @ month

(Sorry guys, I've injured my knees while doing some hard HIIT and I had to stop for 5 days... Can you believe??!! All of my motivation crushed in one day *sigh*... hi!! im starting so i can get a thigh gap before school, please heart this so I can remember ! thigh r = 60cm thigh l = 63cm day 1 =✔ it burned but it felt so good after! day 2 =✔ it burned again but ive already lost -2cm in both thighs!! i didn’t expect to loose so much on day 2 and my thighs feel alot stiffer already. i started my period and i was worried itd hurt more but the only part i struggled with was the calf curls since i had to lay on my stomach which was cramping, but it was overall easy and fun!! day 3 = ✔ was easy but had to motivate myself to get up and do it. yesterday i didn't drink alot of water and so I didn't really lose much today but I feel better and more stretched and agile already:)) day 4 = ✔ felt good, burned a bit more but still overall easy day 5 = ✔i was really unmotivated and almost quit but i did it and i even added a few new workouts!! (kim balanay's arm workout and lilly sabri's waist workout) I gave up, I will keep this up so people can see what I've experienced. I'm not getting results and this is the longest I've continued a workout so the 7 day thing is definitely a stretch, trying it consistently would work but I'm in a bad place mentally and have been, I lose motivation soooo easily and this is one of those times. this has been the longest workout I've continued so far and I'm proud of myself for trying but I can't anymore. Not mentally. Not emotionally. please don't give up like me, I wish I could keep going but I can't push myself anymore, I'm so sorry to myself but I can't. thank you

とりあえず1週間頑張ります!!!🔥 1日目 ○ 2日目 ○ 3日目 ○○○ 4日目 筋肉痛がすごいので超回復待ちます😭 5日目 まだ筋肉痛ひどいです😭明日こそは、、、! 6日目 ○ 7日目 ○ 8日目 ○○○内もも両方54センチでした!1日目の測定はしてないので効果出てるか分かりませんが、、、😭これから頑張ります!!!50センチ目指します!!! 9日目 ○○○ 10日目 ○右側の内もも53センチに、、、!!!嬉しい😭😭😭 11日目 ○○○今日も測ったら、両方53センチで、左もついに53センチに!食事制限はしてなく、軽くお菓子をやめる、ジュースをやめるなどを意識してるだけなのでこのペースで減っていくのは嬉しすぎます😭まだまだやります!スキニー綺麗に履きたいです! 12日目 ○○ 13日目 生理がきて、結構体が辛いので軽減され次第復帰します!痩せ期に向けて怠けないようにストレッチやります😳 14日目 急な出張のため出来ませんでした😭 15日目 出張から帰宅したので、明日からまた頑張ります! 16日目 ○○ 17日目 ○

@@manishashah9 Less sugar, 2l water per day and 1500 kcal. At morning before breakfast: cup of warm water with 5-6 drops of a fresh lemon. U can also additionally eat an apple with a littel bit cinnamon, that's good for digestion. Plus this workout twice a day (morning and evening) That's all :-)

Trying this workout for a month! Starting with thighs: 56cm 1st day:✅✅ (done twice) 2nd day:✅✅ (hurts a lot but not giving up) 3rd day:✅✅ (still hurts but less) 4th day:✅✅ (still hurts the same like yesterday, I didn't do the stretching) by the way I'm not eating healthy, which is something I don't recommend because starving isn't good. 5th day:✅✅ 6th day:✅ (did this once / didn't hurt at all) 7th day: ✅✅✅ (did thrice) I'll measure at the end of the month. 8th day:✅✅ 9th day:✅✅ 10th day:✅ did once bc I was very tired 11th day:✅✅✅(hurts a lot) 12th day:✅✅ After measuring: 54cm it works slowly to me. 13th day:✅✅ 14th day:❌ I got injured so I can't really do any exercise. I am gonna keep updating this for a week, and if it works I am gonna keep doing it! Starting today Beginning: 19in day 1 ✅ the workout was okay, not too challenging. i will update tomorrow on the soreness. i only did the workout once today day 2 ✅ my thighs weren't sore until I started the workout but they really did burn. i will see if i have time to get another rep in today day 3 ✅ i didn't get to another rep today or yesterday but the workout is getting easier. i will try to do it twice tomorrow, fighting! day 4 ✅ i only did it once today. sorry, the hot weather really got to me but we're halfway done!! day 5 ✅ only once today. i don't think my legs r getting skinnier per say but the inner thighs r getting firmer. i will wait to do a measurement on the final day. 2 more days!!! day 6 ✅ another day completed, 1 more day! day 7 ✅ yeah the last day!! End: 18.75 in, not much of a difference, I can't say I'm really surprised. Maybe I'll try the workout for another week.

I am going to try and do this for a month: Start: Height: 165cm Weight: 60kg Left thigh: 59cm Right thigh: 58cm Day 1: Did exercise once. Day 2: Started to feel a good burn in my inner thighs. No changes yet. Day 3: Decided to do it 2 times today to challenge me more. (will measure myself on day 5 since I ate a lot today) UPDATE: WTFFF I MEASURED MYSELF TODAY OUT OF CURIOSITY AND MY LEFT THIGH is 58cm AND MY RIGHT IS 57cm WTFFFFF IM SO HAPPY Day 4: Did the workout once and did a 10,000step walk as well as skipping Day 5: Did the workout once. Felt unmotivated today. Day 6: Finished the workout once. Day 7: was too busy today. Final comments: The question is... did this exercise do anything to my thighs in the last 7 days? Well, to be honest, the one cm that I lost from both legs gained back and I was eating healthily and doing this exercise alone as well as incorporating walking into it. I personally don't recommend doing the exercise alone. I suggest adding April and emi wong's other exercises that help slim the thighs. I think doing this will show better results. Will I continue it? Everyone's body is different and for me it didn't really make a difference to my thighs and I will try a different workout.

I’ll do it for 2 weeks. I will do one more workout (legs as well) with this one. L - 61,5 / 49 R - 61,5 / 48,5 12.08.21 Day 1: ✅ ✅ Day 2: ✅ ✅ Day 3: ✅ ✅ Day 4: ✅ ✅ (I had 0 motivation today.. but forced myself to do it) Day 5: ✅ ✅ (i felt better while doing these today, than yesterday) Day 6: ✅ ✅ Day 7: ❌ ❌ Day 8: ✅ ✅ Day 9: ✅ ✅ Day 10:✅ ✅ Day 11:✅ ✅ Day 12:✅ ✅ Day 13:✅ ✅ Day 14:✅ ✅ ❗️Results❗️ L - 58,5/47,5 R - 59,5/46,5 P.S. I won’t do any diets or sum, just gonna eat normally (twice a day) Also visually I can’t say i’ve lost something (bcs my thighs are still thick) but in fact i’ve lost CMs. And I’m proud of myself that even tho there were days I just wanted to give up but i forced myself to do it and I did! I really recommend you guys to try this workout. Probably I’ll continue doing these Wish y’all good luck and never lose hope! ❤️ You can do this‼️

doing this for as long as i can remember!! day 1: ✅ i was feeling super duper insecure today and was supposed to go to the pool, instead i stayed home and worked out. btw i'm also doing two sports with this and eating as healthy as i can. today was okay, i did. this exercise twice.

im gonna try this start: 20” day1✅✅ my butt is burning 😁 day2✅ i did once only hehe 😄 day3✅✅ aha! i lost half an inch already kinda see a little gap 😆😆 omg im soo happy HAHAHHAHAHHAHAH day4✅✅ day5✅✅ its getting a bit harder but i do feel the burn 🔥🔥 day6✅✅ i already have a gap on my thigh omg im so happy 😆😆 but when my knees are together theres no gap but when my knees are little apart they have a gap and actually i dont mind to have a thigh gap or not but all i want is my thigh to not chaf and when i walk my thighs no longer rub each other HAHHAHHAHAHA im so happy in just one week 😱😱 amazingggg like seriously im soo happy 😆 day7✅ okayy so my upper thighs went down from 20” to 19” so i lose 1” in a week and its crazyyyyy totally recommend this alsoo my butt become very tone supa satisfy with my results 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 like to remind me 😁

Day 1: ✅️Was pretty okay even though I didn't work out before Day 2: ✅️I'm definitely feeling the burn more (maybe cause I did the exercises more correctly) Day 3: ✅️Did the exercise twice and it burneddd Day 4: ✅️Did it only once because I didn't have time Day 5: ❌️I wasn't at home the whole day so I had to skip 😞 Day 6: ✅️Felt pretty fine while doing it for the first time but I added an intensive ab workout to my routine so I was really tired when I did it for the second time Day 7: ✅️Measured my thighs and I went from 58cm to 57cm. Note that I didn't do the exercise twice for half of the week, skipped a day and I'm not really eating that healthy but I eat more protein, fiber and restricted my calories Week 1 done‼️I'll continue with a week 2 and compare it with the first week. Update: Read a comment where the person did it thrice a day. I have a feeling that the extra work is gonna pay off well so I'll try doing it thrice this week Day 1: ✅️ Day 2: ✅️ Day 3: ✅️ I mean my inner thighs are definitely tougher at touch but I'm not losing any cms 😕 Any tips guys? I'm eating relatively healthy, my food is balanced and I'm getting enough protein and fiber + I do the workout 3 times a day Day 4: ❌️I had too big of a sleep deficit so I was tired to death and chose to sleep instead Day 5: ✅️ I don't see any progress so I'm probably going to do the other thigh workout from April Han next week and hope that it'll work better PS: I'll try not to forget to update

Starting inner thigh size right: 50.5 cm / 19.8 inches Starting inner thigh size left: 50.5 cm / 19.8 inches Day 1:✅️ ( felt a burn in my thighs but so far seems pretty good ) Day 2:✅️ ( wooh felt a bit more of a burn and i think its working well because i see a very slight difference) Day 3: ( hi guys, I just couldn't push myself to do it today, I'm wayy too tired to do anything and it's already quite late at night and I played reallllyy hard at football practice today and I was not able to do it, I'm really sorry guys, I will do it twice tomorrow to try and make up for it, I know it's not the same but I will still try, hopefully playing football today will make up for it 😅) :( Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Ending inner thigh size right: Ending inner thigh size left: Every morning i am having a 500 ml glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice in it before i eat any food and im not drastically changing my diet but im trying to eat less food than i usually do. im gonna do this for about 2 weeks/till im satisfied with the results! im gonna try to update everyday! note : i am on a calorie deficit, no particular diets tho. iam not doing any other workouts specifically for legs, but i am doing pilates, wich idk if it affects my legs much🤷‍♀️ anyways if yall havy any questions feel free to ask🥰 starting tigh measurements : 55cm! day 1 : ✅ was sweating a little but def essier than expected! excited to come back for day 2! day 2 : ❌ had to skip this day bcs i was with my friends all day day 3 : ✅ GOSH WHEN I TELL YOU IT BURNED day 4 : ✅ not bad at all, getting used to the exercises! day 5 : ✅ definitely a lot easier now! will update measurements at the end of week 1

doing this for a month!!! - im pairing this with april hans slim thigh workout day 1: ✅ -> i didn’t feel much of a burn tbh but ummm we’ll see day 2: ✅ -> i was actually a bit sore from yesterday but doing this workout again felt so much better the burn kinda helped w the soreness day 3: ✅ -> was actually more sore than yesterday but it went away as soon as i started working out day 4: ✅ -> i wasn’t sore so that was good but i also haven’t checked for progress yet 😭 day 5: ✅ day 6: ❌ -> i went on like a three hour walk today so um day 7: ✅ -> i definitely noticed that my thighs don’t rub together as much as before day 8: ✅ day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ day 11: ✅

Doing this for a week or so :D DAY ONE: my legs were in pain but they feel amazong!! DAY TWO: i love this workout so much, haven't seen much of a difference but my legs do feel good DAY THREE: done it twice !! i feel like there is a difference but not alot DAY FOUR: wasn't able to do it:( DAY FIVE: done!! it seems much more easier than when i first started it and i think my thighs do look a bit more separated idk DAY SIX: done :D same as day five DAY SEVEN: done!! DAY EIGHT: exams DAY NINE: didn't do had a busy day DAY TEN: exams DAY ELEVEN: done DAY TWELVE:done DAY THIRTEEN: done DAY FOURTEEN: didn't do but it's been two weeks since doing this and there is definitely a difference!! DAY FIFTEEN: didn't do DAY SIXTEEN: done I will be continuing doing this workout but i will not be updating this, i recommend this very much and there is a very clear difference! keep going everyone i believe in you! starting this for the summer ! Day 1(22.07.24) = 23inch Day 2(23.07.24) =22inch Day 3(24.07.24)= 21 1/2 inch (I did it 2x on day 3 to makeup for day 4, which I am fasting for so no workouts!) @@_sitruuna_348 Yeah so I got sick for like 2 days straight but I did it already during the summer and it does work! Just keep in mind that you have to watch what you eat and eat Healthy stuff. You should try it! More exercise never hurt 🫶

I am gonna update this for four months Measurement Left thigh: 47 cm Right thigh: 47 cm Day 1: ✅ I did it. It was pretty easy Day 2: ✅ Better than yesterday. Day 3: ✅ My legs are starting to get slim. Like and reply so I can remember to update everyday Day 4: ✅ I am starting to get my thigh gap And for you guys to know I am not on a diet. Day 5: ✅ I already have a thigh gap now but I am not gonna stop. Day 6: ✅ My legs are 44 cm. IDK but my legs are slimming so fast. Guys remember that you are still beautiful with thick legs Day 7: ✅ I got my complete thigh gap I don't have chicken legs anymore Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ I was not busy at all so did it four times. Remember to eat healthy for it to be effective fast 😊. Day 10: ✅ My thighs are still 44cm but I lost 6kgs. Day 11: ✅ Lost 0.6cm Day 12: ✅ I felt a little too thin and unhealthy so I only did It once. Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ 2 weeks already over and my thighs are 39cm. Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Remember to drinks lots of water to prevent blackouts. Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ✅ Important tip: If you feel too sick or unhealthy don't do the exercises. Just do it for an extra day when you feel better again. Don't starve yourselves as well. Day 24: ✅ Day 25: ✅ I lost 3 more kgs so far. Day 26: ✅ Day 27: ✅ I didn't feel like to do it but still did. Day 28: ✅ I looked at my self and got scared. Everyone called me unhealthy because of my legs. Day 29: ✅ I stopped eating too much healthy food because my legs look like Wonyoung's. Day 30: ✅ I gained 1.7kgs for eating but it's btter than being unhealthy, right? 1 months is already over time for the measurements 😊 Right inner thigh 37cm Left inner thigh 37cm 2nd month Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Doing this everyday, I almost lost track!😅 Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ If you have any questions you guys can ask.
