It seems like you are consuming a lot of breads, meat, and cheese which will eventually catch up with you. All that coffee with sugar is rough on your system. Maybe it's time for you to move somewhere else more comforting. Thank goodness tang is there for you.

Tasting different cakes and café it's also part of her job,she is a pastry chef and a café owner so it's normal she did it.She has a very balanced diet during the week,she does a lot of gym and works all day long.She has the nicest figure,she is healty and young.And about Xmas trees in South Korea they may have different traditions and probably they take down the tree later than us😊I love her videos
