Your display resolution is terrible why di you feel onligated to sho your upper bidy in the video that criwds the image of the wave form screen

I just ran into a 2014 vw and the timing was 17 degrees retarded and I belive this is normal because of the misfire strategy built into the pcm. During cranking the timing is at TDC and running it goes retarded. Do you have an idea as to why that would be? I read an article that vw can retard up to 15 degrees. So how do you know other than a known good car?
