This man knew what he was doing because he claims to be an engineer. ‼️ first off not every family owns that land many are squatters and some own land but it’s for agriculture use only. 🩸First excuse typos, I’m typing in dark at 3:41 am without my glasses. I assure you these people knew they could not build on agriculture land. The only thing allowed are farm buildings for housing tractors etc and housing animals. I worked there in Iran and Iraq rebuilding for 9 years. The government has had to tear down these Unsafe, no permit buildings for Many years. The nomads go back to a new area and build again. This was my biggest obstacle when I was there trying to get them to see it was a waste of time. Many go high up in mountains thinking if they go rural enough that government will not touch them. They might get to live there a few years but eventually the government does another tear down program and they get their home. Nomads feel if they buy land they can build on it without permission. But they buy agricultural land Because it’s cheaper than land zoned for residential because there’s no water or usually no electricity. I am by no means a fan of the government but many of these laws are also for safety reasons. These nomads do not get permits and if they do “I guarantee it was a permit to build a warehouse for tractors etc for farm equipment and animals. These nomads know this but then when government comes they play victim and throw the permit in the face of police. They are not allowed to build in earthquake prone areas, too close to waterways due to floods, near parks or industrial areas or agriculture land. It must be land zoned for residential and they must get permits for each structure build. During building process they must get government inspectors to come out an approved what they have built in stages. First permit is to make sure land has good drainage due to building bathroom sewage wells, and it has to be inspected and documented. Then they decide if they are building a home with multiple rooms inside one structure or going to build each room as a detached room. In the latter case they will need one permit for each detached room. Now when building starts they build foundation and it has to be legally inspected before they can raise purse walls or roof. Then if approved the walls go up and framing of walls are inspected even if they use block. Then if approved they build roof and it has to be inspected before they can go any future. Every window has to be inspected at time on installment, then you do plumbing, that’s inspected, then electrical wiring, that’s inspected even if you are wiring for a generator use. Then bath fixtures inspected, then outer doors inspected. The whole building process has to be inspected and pass inspection or you can not move in. Once your home is finished and all permits and inspections are approved as you went then you start paying taxes on property Every Year from then on. Nomads are notorious for not doing Any of this. Nomads will get an agricultural permit to build a farm building thinking they can slide in and sneak in a house build. Some get by for a few years but eventually get caught. Once government realize a lot of nomads have sprung up in an area they go out in force and hit them all in a matter of a week. People can not blame these dozer operators or police. They are regular people like you and I doing their job. All countries have building zones/laws and nomads would be better off to follow them. They are stubborn people and think they can build any where in those mountains whether they own it or not. I had to work with hundreds of nomads and they were admittedly again any rules or laws. Hey I hate paying taxes on my home too. I hate paying for government inspections but these inspections are for our safety. Look at how unsafe these homes are. I know One reason it happened again this year is because earthquakes and severe floods brought out attention onto these nomads who popped up in the past year. Many had to be rescued by police because of flood waters. Floods and earthquakes ruin many homes. Plus You Tube is illegal in Iran and all these families open YT channels and brought Much Unnecessary Attention onto themselves. If not for You Tube they might would have got away with these illegal homes for 3-5 years. At some point though they would be caught. Nomads could save them trouble by having a land professional help them find land that’s zone for residential use. They they will need proper updated permits and pay yearly taxes. I feel for the poor but most all countries have building, zone/ land laws. 🩸 Also they All know You Tube is illegal so they use VPN by help of older smarter kids and use addresses/info from another country to open You Tube. GO LOOK ON MAIN PAGE, SCROLL DOWN To “🩸ABOUT SECTIO🩸 This is drama to pretend to rebuild for $ You Tube Money. He’s not even a real engineer. In Iran if You Paint, Plumb, electric Wiring, Lay Block even though you have no expertise in it, but have built a few huts the nomads or villagers call you Master, Teacher, Engineer.

​@marialpereira547I am not judging anyone , that is God's domain.I will say this I see it as the land owners fault that sold ALL these lands to nomads..Them Lans owners knew thier land was agriculture land, they should have told the nomads you but this land you WILL need a permit to build...Here where we are, the law says 30 day notice to renters so it should apply to this over there..This was a cruel way of destroying poor people's homes

Even with a building permit that government can and will and have done, demolish homes. It seems they change the rules to suit them. One year its ok to live there with a permit and the next year it isnt ok to live there with a permit! They are deceivers to their people!
