All these Fender amp, Blues Deluxe, Deville, Hot Rod etc. have the same issue: bad solderjoints. One reason is the very thin amount of solder, the other reason the fact, that they used leadfree solder, which tends to crack. Nothing can beat the way they made amps in the good old days: eyelet bords and handwiring. Have fun fixing your Junior. But be careful, to much heat and you ruin the pads and traces.
