This episode covers day's 29-33 0f Andy's epic hike.
On Day 29 he walks from Coverack to Pennance Mill (on the outskirts of Falmouth).
On Day 30 Andy walks to Portscatho
Day 31 sees Andy walking to Treveague near Gorran Haven
Andy then walks to Carlyon Bay (near St Austell) on Day 32.
Day 33 he walks to Lansallos (between Polruan and Polperro).

Mate, the trick to handling those stiles is to stand on the outside rungs so that the gate passes under the pack.

Hi Andy. I fondly remember my walk?hike on the SWCP PARTICALLY THIS SECTION {part 😂8} I noticed you had no rest days . I had an amazing rest day in both Mavergessy and Charlestown and a 4 day rest in fowey before embarking on the Saints Way to Padstow. Which is a tough lonely isolated hike .

Hi Dianne. I had a rest day in Braunton, Bude and Perranporth, but I got bored! After that, I didn’t have any days off, but did have a few where I walked less than 10 miles, so had a few hours off!
