English/British food is so overhated. Nothing wrong with a Full English breakfast, shepherds pie, fish and chips, beef wellington, Yorkshire pudding, apple pie, steak and ale pie, chicken tikka masala, bangers and mash, Cornish pasty, scones, sandwiches, Lancashire hotpot. No reasonable person looks at those foods and says British food is horrible.
