Not necessarily. The best players are often playing in a higher age group. There are lots of junior players, but not so many places in the Premier League clubs. Those clubs would be very happy if one academy player would break through per year.
I am Japanese and Jewish but I have lived in England pretty much my whole life, so I am used to this, but I show these to my Japanese friend and she asked “why are they all black, are you sure this is England?” 😂 it’s understandable from her but I don’t get how people who have grown up in the UK have more of a problem with it than foreigners

Great to see this diversity on display and terrible to see all the haters in the comments. It is clear that the white players in the team are only there due to a quota system and have taken their places from the minorities who actually deserve their place in the side. However, looking a the under 15 team it is clear that soon the time will come when Scottish female commentators will never again be able to utter the words that "all starting 11 players and the five substitutes that came on to the pitch were all white". And that is a beautiful thing.
