Out of all the videos that I've seen in regards to Englewood, it's probably the best, although there is still room for improvement. I might be biased because I have lived in town for over 20 years and have been renting apartments in Englewood for the past 20 years. Thanks for the video:)

I lived in Englewood New Jersey November 2014 to January 2016. Englewood was one of the best parts of my life. One of the only good parts of my life. Englewood saved my life at that time when I was 16 and 17. That is the truth without any lies or exaggeration. If I had the opportunity to live in Englewood again in the future I wouldn't have a problem with it at all.
It’s recently more built up than run down, with plenty of new construction and storefronts coming to the downtown. I think the median sold prices in each section will give you an idea of areas that are more run down than others. And yes, extremely convenient location to the city. Probably the reason they are improving the area.
@@bergencountyrealestate Nice. coming from brooklyn. I wanted to get away from no parking and the dense communities. I think bergen county is going to be my new home. but prices are insane. Id like to get a home but not sure if i can afford it. Maybe a apartment in edgewater fort lee or paramus for now. but even those are 2500-3k a month
