Apa masalahnya sehingga gak bisa dimonitor pada saat pakai mobile data? Kalau pake wifi yg sama dngan cctv, masih bisa dimonitor atau online. Terima kasih
We are same problem,,at 1st I connected in good terms but this few days its always offline,,,im so upset this is only my way to check my family in the house while im here in kuwait
connected at first but when blackout interrupts it was disconnected to wifi & I'm tired doin for many days of trying to reconnected to wifi...done uninstall & reinstall the apps but still not working keeps telling camera is starting... grrrrr!!!

Sir, the Reset funtion of my camera is spoiled. I tried to connect the camera with hotspot but I can never find the device ID though I have scanned it. I have tried also Blur tooth connect, etc. and failed. Please help.

Its working now... Atleast when im home, i can see whats going on outside... And dont have to go back and forth to both wifi to get connection...ill check if its still on when im out or range but so far... Youve helped me alot sir... Thanks!
