Some can have two answers. For example the one about the shorter boy. It can be answered as the shorter or as the shortest. Depending upon how you're using it in a sentence. Such as if you were pointing two boys out to one person and stated the name of one said he is the shortest one. Or just looking at the two boys and you can say that one is shorter.

Number 3 - the correct answer could be shorter or shortest, depending on whether you're comparing to just one other boy, or more than 2. Number 13 - again 2 possible answers, more pretty or prettier. Otherwise 15/15 on what really is a very basic test.
Article "the" always comes before a "superlative adjective" Examples: The boy is (the) biggest.✔ The boy is (the) bigger.❎ Fred is (the) shortest boy.✔ Fred is (the) shorter boy.❎ Fred is shorter.✔ Fred is shortest.❎
@@englishtestsandlogic I don't think that really deals with my point. There is no need for an article before the comparative, but one may be used - as here, Fred can be the shorter of those two over there for example, or in your short sentence. And you don't need an article before the superlative: "My biggest mistake was to try riding backwards" is an easy example.
