Whoever (or whatever) wrote this quiz has serious literacy problems. There are all kinds of mistakes and ambiguities here: Q3: Both Size and Quantity can be correct, depending on the situation. Q4 and many others: The answer to the question "Is this sentence correct?" is "Yes" or "No", NOT "True" or "False". Q31: The sentence is WRONG. "Clean" is an adjective, and cannot be used to modify the verb "forgot" A sentence like that is often used colloquially, but it's still wrong. Q39: "Both" is wrong in this context. Sure, "little" can refer to size or quantity, but in the sentence given - which is what matters - it refers only to "size" Q54: "Million" could be Size or Quantity. Generally, we refer to a population "Size", not a Quantity. You can look at it either way. Q57: You might want to use an example that makes sense. Really - a "microscopic" skirt? Q67: The answer "How much can I buy a car?" is complete nonsense. If anything, it should be "FOR how much can I buy a car?", and even that is awkward. Q90: "Just a tiny bit of hair" refers to a quantity, not size. The individual pieces would be tiny in size, but that's not how the word tiny is being used here. When you are designing a quiz like this (especially if it's for English as a second language), you have to make sure that you make it as unambiguous as possible, and make it clear at the outset that the correct answer depends on how the word is being used in the example. Stay away from colloquial use in your examples - non-English speakers would often not get the proper meaning. Above all, don't make grammatical mistakes yourself! (there are several in this quiz)
