In inheritance disputes do English judges recognise and accept narcissitic personality behaviour and temper rages and claims? Do they also accept Spanish Wills?

your remarks on the "openness slide seem... questionable to me. Where did you get the notion of "Justice must seem to be done"? Do you not see the contradictory nature of this statement? It is implied that if the judges are majority elderly, white (really? 'White' has no weight in regular English thought.) and educated (I think it is reasonable to assume a judge must be educated...), then justice has not been meted. However, if you are to specifically advocate for the appointment of non-"white" judges, wouldn't this seem unjust to those same "white" people who make up over 85% of the English population? Please let me know if you have any comments on how such a notion fits into English legal tradition. To me (and I do not wish to attach labels on to you), this seems like an idea that has been lifted straight from American thought and pasted onto an English reality, and the result is nonsensical. Case in point: English people do not typically see themselves in the terms of race i.e. "white". An Englishman thinks of himself as English, and this is different from German, French, Spanish, Nigerian, Indian etc. It is not true that English feel an in-group notion towards their skin colour, as someone with Indian or Nigerian heritage can be considered much more ethnically "English" than a German or French (especially when they are 2nd or 3rd generation or more). This liberal idea is a cornerstone of not only the English legal system, but also English thought as a whole. Finally, there is a supremely questionable statement made at the end of that slide. "Judges must not be considered not only on their competency, but also on their ethnicity and backgrounds as well". I've explained above why this is a flawed idea to throw around when considering an English system, but also it's a bizarre statement to make. England should be a meritocratic country where the best judges should be chosen by a fair appointment without any immutable characteristics coming into play. Do you think it's fair that a "non-white" Judge is appointed over a more competent "white" judge because of his skin colour? Further to this logic, how "non-white" would a judge have to be in order to be considered diverse? How many drops of blood? An overall inconceivable point given the context of the legal system in discussion. There really is no basis for this assertion and in actual fact is also legally questionable as per the Equality Act 2010.
