The last two quotes are told in the game in a different order. Maybe the Vizier asked if the prince had a last word for Farah, then he was almost killing her and then there was another scene. Maybe you had to use the power of haste to stop the Vizier before he killed Farah. Then they decided to change the scene and reuse the dialogue. You can notice this because this dialogue how it is structured in the ending scene, it has no sense, the Vizier talks like if he was winning, but then he stands there and does nothing.
(0:47-0:50) In hindsight, considering the events of Battles of Prince of Persia, he unknowingly insulted and underestimated Kalim, who is the son of the Maharajah, Farah's older brother, and a talented warrior who wields an axe and is able to fight the Prince on equal footing.
