Then for me the most important to do to lean conjugaison and grammar and of course listening lot for a better understanding. How should we read the same sounds coming together? For example, will bill or do we separate them by syllables? because when they are said it sounds too strange to be understood.

I don't know English, I'm trying to learn these double consonants. I've always wondered how to pronounce them because they come together. In Turkish, they are divided into syllables.
