Who's miracle you will reject and who you will consider. So please understand that Allah sent around 1 lakh 24 thousand prophets and messengers each in different periods. The last recent ones were Hazrat Daud AS, Musa AS, Isa AS(Jesus) and Hazrat Mohammad AS peace be upon them. So, all the miracles done by Jesus was only by the grace of Allah. Even Quran mentions about all that. In Surah Maryam the story of the born of Jesus has been mentioned how miraculously Allah created Jesus in the womb of Mother Marry(Maryam) without any male intervention. You have to understand that Jesus (pbuh) was just the messenger of Allah not God himself. What all proofs would you deny from the Quran?? All the Scientific proves mentioned in the Quran 1400 years ago are now being discovered by the Scientists. Read Quran and In Sha Allah you will find the truth
