congratulations to her... people think that idols only lived with sparkling and elegant lives and seems to forget how hard they have to practice for each comeback, smile brightly althought at times they really don't feel like it and fulfill each public expectation for how many years. Just count all the guestings, shows and concerts they had to prepare for and nailed it too. I am guilty of this too, so I appreciate and love them even more when I do remember how much they have devoted themselves for their fans and I'm glad to see how well they are now.

I read an article that said Sunny apartment is now worth 3.2 - 3.4 billion won so its value has increased 600 - 800 million won which is about 500k - 670k USD. Pretty nice increase in just couple of years.

Sunny's apartment & Donghae's ( Suju) look almost identical. I think they would have live on the same floor though maybe not in the same block. The apartments' interior design, fixtures & fittings are exactly the same but what amazed me was their furnitures. The resemblance is uncanny. I almost thought they went shopping together or hired the same interior designer. One thing for sure, they share the same taste in decoration.

Well her apartment is so beautiful and fit for a star like her. The thing about living alone, you don't cook. You can cook for about a day or two in a week or not at all. You become lazy to do grocery shopping but you will have alot of instant foods. I did live alone for like 4 years. And when you are busy with work you don't even have the time to check your whole house its just the bedroom and bathroom.
