I just got the new version of this bike, and it's got a much better display, with fully customizable power levels, a 500 watt quiet motor, a bell, one set of keys, 3" tires, better welds, fenders, I don't hear any rattling, etc. They listened to your feedback! I'm loving mine. My only complaint is there's a loud noise when the front suspension bounces back to the top. I wonder if there's a way to fix, or if it's just a design flaw. I might upgrade the suspension fork if I can find one that fits.
@@nektariosmeronianakis3898 Yes you can, it will no longer be a cheap bike though once you add the cost of a quality fork. soon you will find the brakes are pretty bad too like i did. I wish I had spent more on a quality bike from the get go.
Z20 Max is far better than this model. This C20 has a cheaper build as I pointed o it in the video the HIMO bikes Z20 and now ZB20 I’m testing are far superior in every way. Also CE certified which this isn’t. My review of the Z20 Max is in the channel and my ZB20 Max review is coming in a few week.
@@Techtablets thank you. I really like your reviews. i want buy a eBike, i live in Netherlands and I don't know which one I will buy 250W.. i see the Fiido D11 as well. But in opposite the Engwe pro 750W looks good as well. All the models are Waterproof?
Well the new Gocycle G4 carbon fiber foldable if you have plenty to spend as It's super expensive!!! That's the best 20" foldable I've tested so far. But for the money it's the HIMO Z20 or ZB20 (Now testing also). Very good quality for the price of them but not as light. The Fiido D11 is also worth a look.
As a trained welder, I have to say those are some rather ugly welds. The worst one seems to be the most critical - at the flange where it folds. The one at the headstock is nearly as bad. I would be concerned about cracks forming after a few years of rough riding. Too cold in some places, too hot in others. Poor weld quality is just a liability. Also, that flange looks like it would be great at castration.
We made a purchase with the company, the product was defective and was returned. The company had promised to refund the payment amount and refuses to carry out the refund based on untrue claims. I do not recommend negotiating with such a company or even purchasing products from the Engwe brand as it has poor quality and many defects.
My opinion is that the company laughs at you, they are not serious at all. The first thing: my bike arrived damaged by transport, and they do not give me a solution other than a video that is of no use to me, the repair costs me €23 (the change of the crooked bicycle). The second thing: the battery does not fulfill what was promised nor does it come close to reality, it does not drive me more than 65 kilometers, when my weight is 60 kilos. (either I got a defective battery or I don't know) The third thing: the very bad brakes, the battery inside is half loose, hitting the inside in the potholes, and the front brake is misaligned and rubs against the brake, it also doesn't start to rain... since it only has waterproof (ip2 ). For the rest good... but too many negative points. I wouldn't buy it again.
Not a wise decision to send a frame with that build quality for review, add to that, non adjustable T-handlebar, 1 assist mode, worst attempt at a display I've ever seen, step your game up engwe, this is terrible.
