This is a great scooter, especially for the price. However, it's a machine, and they tend to breakdown so, ensure everything is tightened up; I kept reading that in my research. And, as I was filling it with air (Always make sure to check the air pressure) the valve /stem came off. I know this is a good bike; I have had it since April 2023, rode it everywhere, and it goes far, indeed went around twenty-two miles on a single charge, and I like how it handles. I will get another for situations like these; I commute with it everywhere I go, no need to take the bus. Sorry for the long comment, but you just had to know.
Once I got a super cupon and I had an offer for 370 euro( brand new from geekbuying) I wanted for my mom because it's not to high and had suspension. I use a Kukirin g2 max. I see a lot video but everybody told me that it has weaker parts than kukirin(like g2 pro) and has bad suspension and constant power is 500w is enough for max 38 km/h. I skiped the offer, now way more expensive but if u need for climbing and bad roads it is not enough.

I have now hit a pot hole in theroad and its bent my front wheel i went over thebars and Engwe have refused to help saying its my fault as to why the wheel bent well anyways i went on ebay and ordered a kuguu m4/pro fromt wheeel atyre to match and wellthe scooter handles way betterthan before with the other crappy engwe wheel
Before turning it on with the key, turn the throttle to max, hold the rear brake lever, turn on with key and hold it there for 30 seconds. Might take a couple or so try's to have it go around 43kph
Im not so sure if you want value for money you want to make sure the bolts are tight all the time as my front wheel came off mine i have absolutely fuming i wish i never bought it broke my 2 fingers and my right arm worst buy i have ever made to be honest
