Use this Photoshop technique to enhance the colours in your landscape photography, sunrise and sunset images. It's a little secret I sometimes use on dull images, to add vibrancy and saturation.
I walkthrough the gradient tool and gradient editor, layer blend modes and hue and saturation amendments with an adjustment layer.

Again, another interesting video Robert, which was a real learning curve which could transform some of those captures that got away. Keep up the excellent work.

Thanks John. Doesn't work in all circumstances, but worth having a play with it to see. Thanks for watching, as always. 😊

Another learning experience and great tutorial Robert - was with you until clipping masks 😂 Definitely need to study that area in more detail ! Great edits and the Morecambe boats came out really well with this method 👍🏻

Cheers Andrew. I didn't realise until after uploading, that you can't see the menu when I'm talking about clipping masks - so that won't have helped. Might be good to cover them in more detail at some point. Thanks for watching. 😊

As Paul K said ideal if you don't want to go for a full on sky replacement.

Yeah, definitely more of an enchantment technique, rather than a complete replacement. Won't work on every image and it's not for everyone, but when it works, it can be really impressive. Cheers for watching. 😊

Good idea for people that don’t want to use sky replacement. Like you said can’t use it on every image.

Yeah, and less generated. I see it more as colour edits, than replacement. Thanks for checking it out Paul. 😊
