It's s really true that studying only is not the sustainable solution to make oneself intelligent and ahead of others. One need to indulge themselves in various other activities where the body movement is happening like some sports, dancing etc. These activities make the person efficient in their efforts and time, also improves one's focus and concentration. A proper sleep is very important to keep the studied things and to function the brain properly - i realized it. I slept at 01 am and wake up at 06:30 am and I was hungry for refreshment kind of things all day but I didn't realized that I need more sleep.

Even i do multiple tasks at one time and they term it as ADHD 😂..i listen songs while studying ..bich bich mein poems k line yaad aajate hai..or bich bich mein i switch to reels ..fir v dimag mein kuch nhi reh pata...i think i need meditation..infact abhi class k bich ye vdo dikh gya..to padhte padhte apki vdo dekh liye..galti kahan hai ab bataiye 🙏

In telugu we still do avadhanam, like ashta, dasa, shata and sharsravadhanam, eg: garikapati garu and, samavedam garu. Even their eeg was tested and can't find anything!

When i was in my earlier classes i was so much focused,that what is a teacher teaching to us and even my friends want me to talk i did not noticed them ,i felt like i m in intense focus but when i grew up i felt like i should be also involved in my friends which results to degrade my performance,You can relate it with when your attending a lecture in ur mobile and you are distracted by a single notification.. another thing whener u feel distracted doing ur work practice 10 min rule..just 10 min sit by practicing and u will master on it
