wow.. I wish someone could asses me like you just did.. been to so many different therapist still in pain and still cant crack my spine it feels like its fused and painful... are there anyone who is trained by you that is as through as you here in toronto..I appreciate the response.

Wow this is crazy. I believe they I'm suffering from the same problem where my right side just doesn't have the same mobility as my right side and my right shoulder pinches all the time. How can I do these dynamic stretches and active release by myself? Do you have a video for that? Thank you

Hello Sir, my aunt recently suffered from anterior shoulder dislocation(3 weeks ago), although she does Physiotherapy, she is quite lethargic and I believe she is running late as per her healing time. Could you please tell how much time is required for a patient to gain 90 degrees of flexion, actively, and also complete active ROM? Moreover, I have seen when she flexes her shoulder while doing any kind of exercises, she uses her body, her scapula a lot. I don't know how to put it, I can say she does shrugging movement and not solely shoulder movements. What's she doing wrong in her therapy? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

If I hold down my scapula and try to get at good overhead reach forward it kind of feels like Im compressing stuff and that is whats hindering me. I dont feel that there is something tight that is stretching but a compression between the humerus and what ever is att the acromion/clavicle /coracoid. Are you realy supposed to being able to do that without the scapula moving???? If I release the scap and let it move freely a get a far better reach before the same compression feeling occurs. I get a compressing feeling with cross the body stretch as well but with different stuff if i don let the scapula move. Its not the posterior tightness thats hindering me but the compression att the front.
