I personally feel like the song and music video where thrown together, I was excited but a lot of the cohesive elements we see from enhypen weren't there and it was just a little jarring in my opinion, plus I do usually like more rock concepts but this one just didnt hit me as well.
Right?? I don’t expect everybody to like it because it definitely isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and I understand preferring their earlier tracks, but being an artist is all about experimenting with genres and concepts. As of recently, HYBE has been doing a lot of experimenting with their artists; ENHYPEN is obviously no exception as they want to reach a larger audience. If you don’t like it, then you don’t like it, that’s completely fine. But using “this doesn’t sound like ENHYPEN. Where’s the sound they had before?” as a reason makes no sense. I also find it a little funny because Jay said during their media showcase that B-C is “Our most ENHYPEN like song yet.”

that dark moon thing is actually a webtoon that is somewhat connected with enhypen's universe and storyline in their MVs and songs, it will be released on jan 16!! also, thank you for your reaction, it as good as always!
@@georgehollins Not only ENHYPEN, TXT and BTS will have their own Webtoons. BTS' Webtoon is named as "7 Fates:Chako"; whereas TXT's Webtoon is called "The Star Seekers."

To explain the dark moon at the end of the mv. Hype is releasing some webtoons for their groups. Like for bts it is 7 fates: chako, for txt the star seekers and for enhypen it is dark moon.

Their concept is that they are vampires and are a hundred years old. I think that’s a cool concept because they can set their videos in any year (such as 2000) and it still makes sense. Dark Moon is a web comic about a magic school (Harry potter-esque) where they learned their powers.
I think I’m the only one but the styling is just a miss for me. It just feels outdated rather than retro imo. The only ones I sort of like are Jungwon’s red sweater and Niki’s red pants. I miss the styling from their earlier mvs like Fever and and Given-Taken 😭
I personally love it, it’s all the small details and textures for me that make it current but this is all subjective at the end of the day. Enhypen defo are creating a staple style so I’m sure that won’t be lost
Love how these kids have the millennium turn in their MV, as if we ain‘t aware of the fact that they didn’t even pop into diapers during that period because they weren't even born.
