Assuming they might have been going to perform this, usually the tape is for stage directions. Like to label where you’ll be on the stage and where the edge of the stage is. I know many dancers have placements along their mirrors, but since they usually don’t show the mirrors on the camera I’m assuming the tape is for the stage.
