Anton Boludo physical therapy. If you go to an actual therapist, there are a lot more mobilizations that can be done. The road to fixing spinal, or any musculoskeletal issue, takes time and consistency.

Back in 1983, I hurt my back working construction (16 yo) . WHenever I would go play basketball, my back would tighten up so badly that I couldn't even walk. Went to see a chiropractor a few times, and he made me feel brand new. Mind you, back in the 80's chiropractic practice was considered quackery. I have been singing the praises of this science for 35 years.

I need me an adjustment I got these knots or something in the middle of my back on the left side, every morning I stretch and I hit that spot it hurt but it feels good. I need my back walked on maybe an elbow . I got this pain in my right foot some days I'm fine I can go for a jog or jump rope and some days I limp I can't walk hurts like he'll.
