I had a 7 game ranked win streak in balti, and a co op player in hawke made it a 3 loss 1 win then 3 loss streak

No different from Randoms, except you can win Steel for wins and have a better chance of a carry.

Lmao and you played this game for years that’s had a Russian bias since CBT. It wasn’t obvious when they nerfed DD and CAs to keep Russian server happy because they complained BBs were too weak at the end of CBT so they closed CBT by nerfing DDs and CAs to keep Russians happy. That’s why the Russian BB line was predictable. A game made by Russian money launderers according to the government auditor of Cyprus.

@@zeitgeistx5239 I’ve played for one year and I see a lot of negativity about it. I try to look on the bright side and I enjoy this game. But it can get frustrating when people throw so hard, you can see that the just play ops. And some ships that just don’t take damage

Silent Hunter3 is the game i still have installed on my SSD. Especially with the big Silent Hunter 3 Live Mod which is free it is awesome and puts it on a new level.

You mentioned firing torpedoes at close range and hoping that they arm. During WW2, the Mark 14 American torpedo was hopelessly and multiply bugged at the start of the war. So much so that USS Tinosa fired 13 torpedoes at a Japanese whaling ship, 11 of which hit (the ship was rendered immobile after the first two hits) but none of which exploded. The ship was, however, crippled by the impacts. I would imagine that a lightly-built destroyer would feel the blow, even from a dud if it got up to full speed.

To add to that, these failed torpedoes were shot from a textbook position - IIRC the exploder (fuse) failed to explode when hitting at a perfect angle due to high g-forces during impact. That wasn't an issue for older, slower torpedoes, and the torpedoes still worked on glancing impacts (like on the bow of a destroyer)

@@wojtek4p4 Mk14 worked "properly" when hitting at the certain angle exactly because of one weak part in the detonator. What was even worse was that magnetic detonator didn't work either xD

There is a bug in the game that fails to launch the 2nd, 3rd or 4th set of torps. (think Jager and Okhotnik for 4 sets) It just hangs and will not fire any subsequent sets. You have to wiggle your mouse side to side and it resets in 2-4 seconds. It has been in the game since about november 2023.

You would *think* Ranked would be a competition between two sets of good players, but if you ever take the time to look at players' stats on both teams, in most cases you'll find that there's maybe one player on each team who has a win rate above 50 percent. It's really, really sad.

Wowsl should have a crew for your ship.... which effects damage control cooldown and the overall performance of the ship...

And what you described with StarCraft at the end, is literally what you're doing/providing for me. I come home from work, get food ready and watch you rock this game into the ground with everything you got from mad-skills to luck to smack-talk. If you havent already you should check out wolfpack :) Somewhat "realistic" fps submarine simulator, 7 crewmates - captain, nav, helm, do, ro, chief, machinist on a type viic along with 3 other uboats, try to strike a bot/ai differing in size and difficulty (escorts amount/types) convoy. Its a in a bit of a rough spot lately because of dumb dev decisions but i think its fun to learn and play with friends from time to time!

You're really good buddy! I am playing WOWS from time to timer when i'm not in EVE online, so i'm not that good. Currently grinding for Schliefen. Is it worth it? Only other t10 i got is a Minotaur. I still need to learn it all lol Be well!

Grind that line in Asymmetric Battles; it's very strong and you'll win more often.

I mean, the ship really does almost everything itself, it's kinda noob friendly. The only thing that is very much NOT noob friendly is its HP pool, you have to be careful how you manage your HP, but firepower of it is insane
