Actually not so disturbing, only little sound can be heard with the windows closed and sealed. And actually these area are quite clean, so not so many dirt is estimated even with windows fully opened.
Nope, there are windows facing the opposite site, which is not friendly in Sweden's winter. The A side is lying on the left side of the building and the B is on the right. Each of them have the rooms facing different direction.
