Quadro forgot to mention the JU-188 plane is a 5 man squad. If you equip the crew like assaulters and bail out over your target, its a free paratrooper squad in a vehicle slot.
Great review as always! Germany was the first faction that I grinded in this game. Back when the 'Invasion of Normandy' was still a thing. It was definitely worth the grind for the MP-43/1 alone. However, currently I get a bit annoyed while grinding Germany since there are a lot of useless unlocks which you need to buy. Plus the folded options most of the time do not let you skip the grind as they should do.
Yep. It was worse when you had the campaign system back then. Still the MP-40 helps you to reach the ARs without spending any silver if you actually don't want to.
@@debayanghatak1521 I dunno, maybe? Not being able to choose between useless mp40 reskin and the PANZERFAUST, literally the most important unlock for the germans, was just silly
The Panzer 3N is the best tier 2 infantry support tank. It has a super fast reloading low velocity 75mm HE slinging main gun, coax mg, and roof mg. It has good armor for the tier and now it gets HEAT rounds as well.
Good luck against T-28E. Now i never play germany, but i can speak from the perspective of fighting against them. Only threat i face from them in T-28E is really Puma/
Another great option to mention for the machinegun research line is the Tier IV MG34 Patronentrommel, which is unlocked before the Tier V MG15. While it doesn't have the fun factor of the MG42's 1200rpm, the higher capacity of the 75rd mag is worthwhile, imo. If you prefer the MG34's lower rate of fire to the MG42's high rate of fire, its a great upgrade once you have the silver to spend after getting the more important upgrades like the FG42s, StGs, and the big cat tanks.
Idk why the Mannlicher m1895 is so slept on, the sights arent bad, it has single shot reload and stripper clips, and the fastest fire rate of any bolt action by a wide margin. Seriously, its nearly a semi auto. I have thrm on most of my riflemen and I'm quite the thorn in the enemy team.
The carcano is cheaper and better than most of the bolt-actions. the clip reload is always better than a singular reload as the clip takes almost the same amount of as loading one bullet into the chamber manually, the problem with clips having only one or two bullets after the final clip are rare and the soldier usually dies before that anyway. The carcano modded one has a rate of fire similar to the kar98 making it just as snappy.
for my 3 infantry squads, i just gave everyone kar98k with grenade launchers more boom= more pain personally i would say axis planes are important, especially fighters if allied planes are gonna be a big threat to ur ground forces u would want the next guy to have and be a capable fighter, and if u dont have that guy, be that guy the bf109G10 is my go to, camp at the top looking for red tracers sure ur panthers and tigers are important but if they are just gonna keep getting shat on by the same plane in the sky, it gets annoying. keeping an effective fighter in the sky can also deter allied forces from bringing theirs out as they well know they are gonna get shot down. in enlisted people usually resort to turn fighting by instinct, so use the bf109 as its intended, boom and zoom, camp in the sky, wait till its right time to chase a plane. and if ur scared of tail gunners, well use ur speed to nip off chunks of the enemy plane, every little bite off an enemy plane makes it even less air worthy. that being said, dont stay on a target (with a tail gunner) for too long, the gunners will zero in on ur plane or the player can just manually control his tail gunners. i used to play tanks before the merge and i loved the panther A a lot, but p47s and p51 annoy me and with the current merge all the allied planes are scary to look at now from a tank perspective. be a fighter learn to dogfight.
My best tipp for new players. Build strong load out for BR II, before moving higher tiers. You can still use a lot of old upgraded BR II gear later on. Silver grind is your biggest enemy.
After spedning hours as axis I gotta say that the first Bf-109 E-7 is, when properly used, the best thing on the battlefield in Tier I. It´s much faster and maneuverable (all combined) than anything else I´ve tried. It´s only downside is just 120 rounds for the cannon, but thanks to its speed the resupplies run are very fast. Got my record of one bomb run multikill of 15 guys. It is very subjective and dependent on the playstyle, but for me as a really new player (playing for like 3 or 4 weeks and battle rating of 145 - no pass bought) and a real life pilot (I can use so many tactics for aircraft control, not for fighting though) the first 109 stole my heart.
Ngl Axis has the most options in terms of weapons on Low Br to High Br In my squad i like to give them mix rifles for variety. And ever since that merge update i've been enjoying it now that BR 1 to 2 cost 500 to 1500. Even more if they only fix that damn silver coins system Edited:Never delete a certain old squad after the merge update especially the vehicles because it will take some grind to get that vehicle except if that vehicle has a new squad
Axis pistols are super underrated in BR I-II Semi automatic pistols gives you such a huge boost in close quarters over anyone using a bolt action, that i dont get why you wouldn't just equip them
I don't think that germany suffers but at the same time I don't think they get the best in terms of guns. The soviets get fedorov, Ak from the future and lot of other broken sht while germany gets an AR with mid fire rate but good damage
If anyone is looking to buy a premium tank and have no clue what to get, I would recommend the German T2 premiums. They are very very good. panzer 3N, panzer 3M, and Panzer 4E are some of the best premiums in the game. IMO
Absolutely! I bought the premium Pz. 4E back in the days of the Moscow campaign to deal with the T-34, since it had HEAT rounds while the regular unlock Pz. 4Es didn't. Its a fantastic equivelant to the Stalingrad Pz. 3N for those that don't have it!
I like the Gewehr 41, but I would use the VG 1-5 over it in Tier 3. It’s 30 round magazine from the STG 44 makes it more ergonomic than the 2 stripper clips on the Gewehr 41.
The carcano is a better weapon than the Kar in my opinion the iron sight is solid and unlike other bolt action rifles in the game when you pre reload you will reload a whole clip rapidly instead of slowly reloading each bullet if you accidentally reload before you empty the gun its my go to rifle for low BR games
I will die on the hill that all the Fw series planes are booty cheeks, and the Bf 109 G-10 and G-14 are two of the best pure fighters in the entire game. Worth unlocking and using, due to how much the Allies love to spam those HVAR planes.
Since you can now deploy all ( i havent played for 4-5 month 💀) German units everywhere, I wanted to ask which of these divisions is most worth leveling up (I am between 3 and 4). Like the 7. Grenadier Division.
at the time i purchased only 3 fnab because as a f2p player silver was a problem.. ther rest were tier 1 mab.. i had a good time with them but once i unlocked mp40 game changed a lot and i begin to win every single game at the first place 😅
Idk which plane you are on about the armourment on the planes dont change it changes your radiator/comoressor structural integrity of the plane and over all climb turn and roll as well as speed
So you think I can just use MG 34 instead of 32? I have lots of upgraded 34s……I love Axis tier 2 because of all the sub MGs. Seems like this video skipped over those. Lastly I love the semi auto rifles that u don’t.
What shall i use for the new squad assault engineers ? Im currently br 2 Axis, but dont want to run them with bolt-actions... i would prefer them with some smg, but not sure what fit them and what doesnt
It has to be said: PZ 3N is such an underrated tank. I have every tank unlocked for axis and I still take it in BR5 games for infantry support. It kills most tanks at it's BR but killing tanks isn't it's role. I wipes infantry off the map! It has a fairly powerful HE round and a ridiculous rate of fire, along with great mobility. If you were fortunate to unlock the PZ 3N on the Stalingrad campaign (pre-merge) you get HEAT rds instead of HE which makes it pretty powerful in BR2. I just wanted to add 1 more point: I had my best match ever a few weeks ago with this tank: 226 kills without losing the tank (lost some crew). I'm not the kind of player who sits in the grey zone either. I play pretty aggressively with tanks and was forced to retreat and repair several times.
They recently added HEAT alongside the HE rounds for the Pz III N in the tech tree as well, its a great support tank with the mg34 on top too, and HEAT works against the t34 if you aim well
I find it so funny to see stuff like this. The Panzer 3 was built to be the "commander's vehicle", while the Panzer 4 was the support vehicle. And yet, their roles reversed. Its amazing to see it also applies in game, with the PZ 3 being better at infantry support.
@@slumphub i mean, its kinda underrated because the Panzer 4 H does the same thing but with a better gun (long 75mm vs short 50mm), but it comes way later in BR 3-4.
Sniper STG is incredible. STG already is pretty good at mid to long range for an automatic weapon, but the short zoom from the scope just ramps that up to 11. A sniper squad equipped with them is a step above a jack of all trades, as it can dominate engagements at all but the absolute longest ranges while still playing like an assault rifle up close. There is nothing like annihilating an entire enemy squad coming out of a building half the map away with that thing.
Great video but I just disagree on a few things Quadro. Plane line should not be totally ignored in high tier. The Fw 190 A8 (that you mentioned) and the bomber Fw 190 (i just remember the battle pass version, the D12) are one of the best planes in the game. The D12 is basically high tier IARC. 2 pairs of 50 kgs and a 250. You also forgot to mention the powerhouse that is the Flammenwerfers, especially the 42 version. That thing clears rooms in a second.
The plan line can be totally ignored I have every plan unlocked for both American and germam axis side and cannot stress how many games I've played taking a plane instead of a tank into battle and was entirely useless getting petty kills and not really contributing to the game and playing flametroopers is still like playing with no skill you may set the whole zone on fire and get a shit ton of skills but now the zone is on fire and not even your team can access it as the fire you make also catches teammates on fire
@@MacintoshGaming1 if you have only the free slots, its better to take the tank. But if you have a premium account, getting the planes in the line up is a must, especially against the allies. Their power comes from air superiority, so if you can help your team not being bombarded with HVARs, do invest in good planes. For the flametroopers, don't spray like crazy. Do focused bursts to delete squads that are together, and don't neglect the fact that you have a rifle.
@@Springy05im on a f2p account and i am grinding planes i always come out ontop in matches the intial xp that u get for defeating planes and getting getting infantry kills is higher than a tank tank is easier to play as u can just sit the back of the map and shell and machine gun a point with a plane you are constantly on edge
@@JDR71326 yes, in a plane you are constantly in the edge. But I like to think planes are the glass cannons of the game. You can do serious damage against a team if you are a good pilot, but it takes time and even good pilots can be bested by dumb luck sometimes.
@@Springy05 i agree for 🇩🇪 planes at least they have mostly cannons which are god send for dog fights but it also the skill to learn planes ie bombing and general manuvers come from suffering in br 1 and br 2 But with planes there is always that degree of having unlucky timing as you could spawn a plane go in for a strafing run when you go to re arm thats when a enemy plane comes to shoot you down from behind even when you free look then realize and then turn its to late
In a few days i ask myself "what happaned to the axis players?" And see that guide Nice job And also forgot mension yu188 That plane 250kg bombs hit hard in right hands
For the axis, I tend to add a mix of rifles to each squad. Not because of any real tactic, but because I’d rather use a max star MAS than a no star G43. And no, I’m not doing great
