This is Brad Holmes kind of guy , physical , aggressive, freakish body type , freakish athletic and ability to do things that most can’t do, rare breed , brad Holmes kind of guy.
Isn't it crazy watching Brad build this team...so fast? We always watched other teams quickly go from bad to great, just never us. It feels good not to suck anymore. Go Lions!
@@itachiuchiha-wn8xv go to the Lions terrion arnold press interview posted the other day and filter comments by recent. i explained why this doesnt do anything
So many mock drafts have him going to Tampa. As a Bucs fan, I think we need to take an edge rusher first but this dude seems like a good tackler and very aggressive. I guess I wouldn't be mad at the pick. Our secondary DEFINITELY needs some help! I just wanted Koolaid McKinstry or TJ Tampa bc they have GREAT names lol
@@Sportzking I played in a little bar band back in the day and we always stopped by waffle house after shows. There was a waitress named Koolaid. She was a TERRIBLE waitress lol
Wer sitting stacked and pissed and hungry. If youre a Michicgan/Lioms fan wer living in the most exciting and best times!💪🏽🦁 Enjoy, absorb, a d give thanks! Wer in very foreign waters and domimating wirh midwest made boys!!!
Born June 5, 2002. Played high school football for the Duncanville Panthers (TX). Played college football for the Missouri Tigers. Drafted #61 overall by the Detroit Lions.
DJ Reader and Alim Mcniell up the middle, Hutch on one edge, a healthy Houston, Davenport with some potential skill, betts as a backup… I don’t think we need a crazy good edge, just need some depth. Can’t double team everyone and we’ll have a monster Defensive line that will cause problems
@@jamescamper7179 I’m surprised people are missing that… Hutch didn’t have a ton of sacks last year, but his QB pressures were nuts. Just didn’t get there in time because….we had an abysmal secondary. Just gotta buy a few seconds, lock down the backfield, and we should be aight. Edit: sacks, not socks lol
I expected to hate his film. He's less handsy than Wiggins and Kool Aid. He does well in press and off coverage, something tells me Kool Aid is still a safer pick cuz of being stickier.
I'm here for the same reason bro. 😂 They should draft the best interior lineman at 29 if they're still there in the first round. FYI: Check out renardo green cb from Florida St.
I will say this he drops a lot of ints, but he does something not even Cam Sutton could do for our defense this year and that's actually stay with his receiver so I wouldn't hate it he can develop
@@brandonbaty2291yeah idk we’re all the hate coming from this dude plays hard every play, tackles well, is always right on the receiver every time even when they got him beat by a step somehow he’ll definitely go in first round of day two fs
He’s not a lockdown CB but he Definitely has talent always there to make a play on the ball a solid tackler any that knocks him because he celebrates after making a play has never played sports
I’m tryin to figure out what ppl aren’t seeing.. He has an amazing first step. Willing to an he comes down to hit somebody.. an he is very sticky in coverage.. what
If those are considered his "highlights", the Lions have a lot of work to do. Looks like Jerry Jacobs, always a step past or 2 steps behind his reciever. Good cornerbacks are super sticky, ala Terrian Arnold. C-
A lot of guys don't know how to start sprinting starting with their hands in the dirt that doesn't mean they're not faster than another guy who ran a 4.5 on a football field
Ya I was watching the McKinstry tape, and 3 seperate times, I saw uncatchable balls by the receiver, thrown way out of bounds or 20 yards down field, and they act like the CB did something. Not saying either CB are bad just wondering why they have that in the vid if it means nothing
@mintcarrier yeah im seeing that for rakenstraw too. I don't think he's a bad player but not a 1st. If he falls I'd take him for value. Honestly I'd take maxx over rakenstraw. Elijah nice too. Quinton Is great but I definitely think for my eagles safety is an issue first to be addressed. Assistant coaching and developing young players was the biggest achillies heal considering how some players like rasul Douglas have turned out. That's why I think our biggest addition has been the assistant coaching upgrades to see how good the youngsters we have currently can develop into
