what would it cost to rent a house like that in Rosarito or Ensenada? we only need a 2 bedroom but want it ample size and by the water or overlooking it, $1500-2000 dollars a month?

I also can't believe how expensive these tiny beach homes are! And it's just getting worse every year. I have $300k US dollars to spend on a beach house in Ensenada that has at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is at least 2000sq feet..and everyone realtor is telling me "you need at least half a million dollars". Crazy! If you find a real estate website that has more affordable beach houses in the Ensenada area please give me the link. Thanks!
